The drinks are overly priced. $21 for a shot of Casamigos is a bit much. Also, please take into consideration using the dry ice in the drinks. If you can't pick up the dry ice with your hands, then I don't want it anywhere near my mouth while drinking. It's a hazard.

Tanner is the pure face of Zuzu. he was so kind, friendly, fun and patient. he is very attentive and definitely made a lasting impression. thanks Tanner. our server and service was great. had a wonderful time with my friends.

Really nice venue in a great location. Very nice and interesting interior decoration. Our server, Tiffany, made our anniversary dinner extra special. Shout out to her for being great! Food was very good. Pretty expensive place. $250 for two people, so be aware you’ll drop some change here. Will recommend for the experience.

We have been to ZuZu SEVERAL times and it is flawless from every point of service, however Saturday night at 8pm our reservations on the patio were completely different. We had appetizers out before our drinks even came out. 2 of our guests did not have their entrees until after everyone else was finished. All the chicken dishes were not up to ZuZu standards. our table was full of dirty plates the entire time and at the end we had to get up and ask someone to clear our table TWICE. Soy sauce spilled all over our table and dripped off the table to the floor- we stopped staff walking by to help and grab something to clean it with and no one came until the end when we had to find someone to clear our table. It was wild, we thought it was a joke or prank. And lastly we had to get up again to find someone to bring us our check. We still had an amazing time because of the music, atmosphere, and company. Great thing is, we all had a good buzz, humor was our default-but if we were sober, we would have just walked out and been extremely upset. Very disappointing, I hope we can get over this experience and head back sometime in the future, but not sure at this point.

The issues you described, from the delays in drink service to the mishandling of your table throughout the evening, are far below the standards we set for ourselves. I regret that we didn’t deliver the level of service you’ve come to expect from us, and I’m especially sorry for the disruption this caused during your evening. My girls and I were first timers! We seen Zuzu all over social media. It looked like a place we needed to check out on a Friday Night. We walked in and they were jamming. Not an empty seat in the house. We dined on their patio. How amazing to look at the skyline and they had these cute light up trees. Ambiance killed it. Food was just as good. Drinks were strong. Our server Natalie was super attentive and made sure we had an absolute blast. The manager came by and introduced herself. She told us about the lounge Upstairs so next time we come back we definitely want to check it out.

Had an absolute blast at Zuzu! This place was such a vibe. The energy was amazing. We came to celebrate my birthday and Zuzu did not disappoint. It was like the entire restaurant knew we were celebrating my special day. We walked in and the host said Happy Birthday. Our server Allante greeted the table and said happy birthday. The manager came by and she came by and thanked me for spending my birthday with Zuzu. It's the little things. The food was like no other. We tried so many dishes. Pepper Steak, Walnut shrimp, sushi, fried rice! Looking forward to going back!

Nice Ambiance. We went on a Sunday at 4pm, right when they opened, for my mother’s anniversary . Very beautiful aesthetic . Our server was very sweet, food was brought out very quick. It was 5 of us and we all ordered an array of dishes. Bill came out to $400. It was $32 for a top shelf Long Island (RIDICULOUS to have not gotten the slightest buzz). Don Julio margarita was $28 (again no buzz). For appetizers we had the short rib spring rolls (VERY DRY) and the shrimp & lobster tempura which were mid and agreed would only come back to get those for happy hour. For our entrees, we had peppered steak (they enjoyed & said it was very tender). The short rib entree was VERY tough, as my mom was cutting into it you could feel the whole table shaking. I had the grilled chicken with teriyaki sauce. It was okay, nothing too spectacular about it. Our server brought out my mom’s cake with sparklers which was very nice. So overall, food was mid would only come back for happy hour. Drinks were way overpriced but the ambiance was beautiful.
