Our server, Rosario, was exceptional. And also all who worked with him to serve our table of eight wild and crazy people. The menu is varied. Can’t wait to go back and try some other “bites”. Lovely decor. Very kind and professional people from hosts to bartenders to everyone. I felt valued as a customer.

Allante was the perfect server! Attentive and fun. The restaurant also gave a nice dessert for our anniversary. Will definitely be returning to try more things!

Everything from the starters to the main courses were served hot and were delicious. Fantastic flavors. We had a member of our party who had many food sensitivities and allergies. Our waiter Rodrigo was incredibly attentive and really seemed to care about each item we all ordered. We also enjoyed the overall atmosphere and vibe of the restaurant. I highly recommend you Experience Zuzu.

From someone who frequents find dining locations all over the country I found this lacking that extra flare. We tasted 8 to 9 dishes and each plate was lacking flavor. A lot of the dishes continued to taste the same. The ambience was OK. The service was OK. I felt that the servers were underdressed and came off a little unkept. When I had asked about the dessert, I couldn’t even understand what she was saying and by the third time I asked her to repeat it I said forget it. I think for the price and what they’re trying to do with the venue, it’s just not gonna work.

At Zuzu we had a few crafted mix drinks and some appetizers during happy hour. The drinks and food were discounted about 25% during this time but we still spent over $100.00. The restaurant automatically adds in a 20% service charge onto your bill, so if/when you tip you are adding into the service charge. We did not stay for the la entertainment which is upstairs with notable DJ's. The woman do not have to pay cover charge but men most likely will pay $40 unless you know somebody. All-in-all, we most likely will not be back a second time. It's a unique experience, but probably it will be one and done for most couples.

The place itself was very nice. I'd love to go back and sit outside during the Spring or Fall when the weather would be more cooperative. We sat inside today. Our server, Natalie, was exceptional. The appetizers were pretty good. The steaks were cooked perfectly, but under-seasoned. The drinks were average. The dessert was horrendous. It was an average restaurant experience in a city that has much better options.

We dined here before and were excited to see they changed the menu adding new items. Let me tell you the shrimp roll and chicken salad was to die for. Service was 10 out of 10. We sat at the bar and the bartender Anthony made us great drinks. Everything was great and we look forward to coming back.
