When we arrived, there was no one to seat us, and it took 30 minutes before anyone came to check on us or take our order. We constantly had to go to the bar to remind them about our drink order, and one of the food orders was wrong, which meant waiting even longer. In the end, we only got our food after an hour. The food was great, but the service could definitely be better.

love that there is an on line reservation platform. we had an adult birthday celebration at fun haven laser tag and chose this restaurant due to proximity. the service was friendly and professional. unfortunately they were out of the salmon dish which several of us wanted to order. the other meals were fine.

First time there. When we ordered first we asked chicken burger. Server came back 10 mins later to say not avail. We changed to Mac and Cheese. He went back and came 10 mins later to say only one serving instead of two can be done. We were still waiting for our two cocktails after 20 mins. Our teens were hungry and we came at a quiet time 7pm. We had to cancel all and walk out. First time such a bad experience in Ottawa!

The service was extremely slow. It was as if we weren’t even there. They were not busy so that’s why it was frustrating. We ordered a Caesar salad with no chicken. They brought it out with chicken and when we asked for it to be replaced they took it back and only took off the chicken and brought it back. As we were eating we found chicken within the salad which was really annoying.

We recently had the pleasure of dining here to celebrate our one-year anniversary, and it was nothing short of exceptional. The service and food was exceptional. I highly recommend the Fried Chicken and Waffles, but everything looked amazing on the menu! I will definitely return!
