Evergreen is currently under new ownership by the group that owns Mosaic! The dining room has been renovated to provide a lounge space, and opened up to provide some natural light to make the space more warm and inviting.

Chef Connor Hurst under the guidance of James Beard nominee Alex Perry, brings a seasonal twist on some southern favorites. We offer an ever changing list of dishes including steaks, oysters, fish, chicken, house made pasta and so much more. Our meals wouldn't be complete without a signature cocktail or paired bottle of wine.

My family of three ate for dinner and everything was great. Nice cocktail selection and we enjoyed the baked goat cheese app., scallops small plate, and snapper fish special entree. Kids menu options were also available for my young son. Will definitely go back on our next visit to Ocean Springs.

We were so glad to find a good restaurant open on the 4th of July....Enjoyed our dinner very much. Our server, Jennifer did a very good job. This is our second time to Evergreen and we were pleased both times. I recommend reservations.

Great restaurant! We celebrated our 10 year anniversary, and we had an awesome experience. The food was great, the service was excellent, and the environment was awesome. Definitely recommend!

My husband and I booked a well deserved date night dinner out at Evergreen Restaurant in Ocean Springs. We were greeted by Gracie and her warmth and charm throughout the evening was delightful. Window seating indoors and warm, upscale decor reminiscent of our fave NOLA French Quarter restaurants was pleasantly appreciated. Craft Cocktails and a small plate casserole of warm goat cheese, bacon jam, olive oil and garlic with crusty flatbread was amazing. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Entrees selected were the House Made Fettuccine Bolognese and 10oz Wagyu Coulotte perfectly cooked sliced with light chimichurri accompanied by sauteed mushrooms and smashed crusty red potatoes. Another Wow ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Select Wine List is small but well thought out to pair with any of the Farm to Table offerings. Start to Finish a delightful respite and enhancement to our Ocean Springs dining scene.

Don’t disregard the negative reviews online. We won’t be back until they change the chef/management. We’re from Palm Beach and love the laid back vibe of the Miss. Gulf Coast, but this place ruins that. Not what you’re looking for if you want good food, nice people, and “customer matters” atmosphere.

Our group totaled 7, all new to Evergreen. This was not only the best dining experience we have individually ever enjoyed, but the very best, the freshest, most creative of all. Our server was beyond knowledgeable in the content, preparation of all that we ordered. I will recommend Evergreen as the very best, hands down. We all travel to Ocean Springs annually for meetings and have been to almost all restaurants- Evergreen and Chef Davis are phenomenal!

Our waitress was so kind and thoughtful. She was on top of her gain at all times. This was my first visit and I look forward to returning with my family and friends more often.
