Ever Restaurant Aruba is a freestyle fine dining experience on the Oranjestad marina at the Harbour House Condos. Chef Ever de Peña takes center stage in the open kitchen to showcase his love for culinary arts.

Settle into our dining room with seating for up to 14 guests, and let your appetite take the lead to an 7-course dinner menu. Our set menu focuses on fish, selfish, meat courses, and dessert.

Amazing experience at Ever! The staff were very friendly and attentive, with great attention to detail. This is the best dinner experience on the island! Highly recommend beats any Michelin restaurant we have been at! Excellent and we will be back!

Very disappointed in the food. This restaurant would not survive it it was not located at a resort. The menu is very small & the dishes looked nothing like the menu photos. Everything was very bland & the sides were definitely not what is expected at a higher end restaurant. We had a table of 4 and our table was located with virtually no view. The service was very good however. Otherwise this would be a 1 star review. If you are staying at this resort it is convenient & clearly they cater to the people staying there. Would not recommend.

Wow! Such a great experience. The food is out of this world. Me and husband have traveled to many countries around the world, trying chefs tables and Michelin restaurants and Ever is right up there for us, sharing the top spot with little others. EverY dish was exquisite. I’m so sad I can’t come back every 6-8 weeks to try out whenever they come out with a new menu. Chef Ever de Peña, job well done !!! You, your staff and dishes are exceptional. I can’t stop recommending it enough.

One of our favorite chef’s tastings on the island. Food was very creative and delicious!! We will definitely be back next time we are here.

Just a fantastic experience. There are a few Chef’s Tables in Aruba. Don’t miss this one .

Io e mia moglie abbiamo la grande passione di frequentare ristoranti stellati Michelin in giro per il mondo. Nonostante ciò non avevamo mai provato l’esperienza di un table chef. Ieri sera abbiamo cenato al ristorante Ever e siamo rimasti esterrefatti per ciò che abbiamo vissuto. Il locale è estremamente raffinato ed elegante,i colori delle pareti e degli arredi sono accostati creando una perfetta atmosfera. Appena arrivati siamo stati accolti con un flûte di bollicine e accomodati nell’attesa che arrivassero tutti i commensali. La cena è iniziata puntuale,dodici persone sedute attorno alla cucina dello Chef. Una cucina che ricorda tanto le cucine di casa nostra. Già dalla prima portata abbiamo capito che si trattava di qualcosa di veramente speciale ed unico. E così è stato, perché da quel momento non c’è stata una portata inferiore all’altra. Anche l’abbinamento dei vini è stato degno di nota, perché erano tutti molto buoni offerti in larga quantità. Lo chef Ever ci ha stupiti per la grande calma e pacatezza con cui gestiva la preparazione dei piatti,frutto di una grande esperienza. Ha descritto ogni piatto con estrema semplicità elencando tutti gli ingredienti e la loro provenienza. Una nota di merito va fatta anche al suo staff, molto preparato e al contempo simpatico e coinvolgente. Che dire? Un ristorante che merita la stella Michelin!!!! Se venite ad Aruba non perdetevi questa esperienza! Sapete cosa vi dico? Che a distanza di due giorni, prima di rientrare a casa, ritorneremo a trovare lo Chef!!!!

One of our best dining experiences in Aruba! The chef was fantastic and explained all of the dishes individually and answered any questions we had. His accompanying chefs and house manager were excellent as well. They were all very personable and engaging all evening. I’m still dreaming of the short rib dish. We can’t wait to go back on our next trip to Aruba! ❤️

We were told the dinner was supposed to start promptly at 7 pm, but the restaurant chose to wait until the final group to arrive, so we ended up leaving at close to 8 pm and the dinner not started yet. The dinner should have started at 7 pm or maybe a few minutes later, but not that late. Although we have heard that the food is generally quite good there, the wine pairing selections were not good. They would be considered to be very cheap $20 type bottles of wine by U.S. standards. So after waiting that long, and seeing such a poor wine pairing selection, we left. You can buy a different wine off the shelf but that sort of defeats the purpose of paying a lot of money for nice wine pairings. Highly recommend the restaurants ‘Infini’ and ‘Koal’ instead for a more impressive chef’s table experience.

Incredible! Left feeling like family! Wine paring is a must but be ready because it’s not your typical splash of wine in a wine paring they are giving you what you paid for! Couldn’t have planned a better first night on the island!
