Join us at Evelyn’s Fort Lauderdale, where coastal Florida cuisine meets Eastern Mediterranean flavor. Enjoy elevated Atlantic views and fresh ocean breezes in an atmosphere of sophisticated fun. The name honors Fort Lauderdale luminary Evelyn Fortune Bartlett for the beauty she bestowed upon our city.

A native of Long Island, New York, Chef Brandon Salomon fell in love with cooking at a young age. After training at The Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, he worked at acclaimed restaurants and hotels in New York, Florida and San Francisco. In 2015, he joined Four Seasons Resort Palm Beach, where he played a major role at the signature restaurant, Florie’s, helmed by three-Michelin-starred chef Mauro Colagreco. Now in Fort Lauderdale, Chef Brandon is bringing the flavors of the Mediterranean to Evelyn’s.

We had a great birthday dinner celebration. Our waiter was great through the evening and our dinner was excellent. Bartender made a special after dinner drink to go with our dessert.

This is one of our new favorite restaurant in the Americas. Every menu item is seasoned with a surprising twist and you are up for a treat. This restaurant continue to amaze me with the way they craft their work and make the ingredients work together. It’s a harmony and it will give you a new perspective on Mediterranean dishes. Try it and you will not be disappointed. Way to go team Evelyn!

Wow on all levels. Service, ambiance, menu items, flavor, presentation, even kids menu was so nutritious and delicious. Mario our server was very prompt and knowledgeable and he made great menu recommendations. Fatoush salad flavor and colors and presentation was to die for. Fresh baked Pita bread with hummus twist and spices was unique. The short rib is a must. The passion fruit Pave dessert is one of the best we’ve ever tasted Way to go team Evelyn!

Christian was our waiter and he was great. We had the Dine Out Lauderdale menu and it was fantastic. We will be back

Evelyn’s never disappoints; from the warm welcome when you walk in, the impeccable service and delicious food, to the goodbye when you walk out! We started with the Peach Fattoush salad which was so fresh and tasty. For our main course we split the wagyu skewers (fun presentation), the salmon skewers and the sweet potato. Everything was amazing! We chose the Pavlova for dessert, a perfect ending to a wonderful meal.

First time here and really enjoyed it. Great service and great food. The only difference between four seasons hotel in Miami and FL is here you will be charged for parking $30( you get $5 off if they validate your card)

Evelyn’s has become one of our favorite date night and special occasion spots. The food is exceptional and the service impeccable. The wagyu, salmon, and truffled hummus are all amazing! Only critique is parking is quite steep even with validation.

The caviar had clearly been frozen and had a terrible texture. The service was incredibly slow and the food was mediocre at best. Just not impressed.
