Most of the food was great but paying $40 for an entree and being served by someone in a t-shirt and shirts is not appealing. I won’t be eating here again.

Hi Maura, Thank you very much for your feedback, but we do hope that you will give us another try! As you know, it is HOT & HUMID down here in Mississippi in the summer, and we unfortunately discovered that our custom embroidered collared shirts that we issue to our Service Team Members do not breathe as well as we had thought. We are working with that shirtmaker to get a new fabric and shirts made that will not cause risk to our staff in overheating, especially when they are scheduled in a section that is on the patio, thus the t-shirts. But again, we appreciate and understand your feedback, as well as your choice to join us for dinner, but we are going to make the safest decision that we can for our staff and their comfort in our environment. Once AGAIN - Anita was PHENOMENAL! WE LOVE HER! She is a gem. I was so excited to have her, again. She makes my visits 5-star. Love our conversations and the service she provides keeps me coming back and bringing family and friends. Jessie - who was being trained by Anita on my visit previous - remembered me. And she stopped to acknowledge me and WAVE. How sweet. Charles stopped by to see how our experience was. Eudora's is definitely one of my favorite go-to eateries. Love the truffle fries and the French Martini!

This is a lovely spot with great service and good food. It overlooks the lawn at Eastover so a patio seat will get you a front row view of all the children frolicking about. The menu is labeled for vegan, gluten free, pork free, and pescatarian which is super helpful. It's important to ask how your dish will be modified as a result because they don't distinguish on the menu which come gluten free as is and which are made differently in order to accommodate any allergies, etc. The modifications here tend to strip down the meal to the basics - no sauce, few garnishes. I ordered a salad that, when modified for my gluten allergy, was just kale lightly dressed with cherry tomatoes.

Once again, Eudora’s did not disappoint. I had the pleasure - for the second time in a few weeks - to have Anita as my wait staff. She was training Jess. They both were PHENOMENAL!!!! They went above and beyond. The definitely added to the experience. The manager on duty took time out to assist my hubby on finding the perfect beer. Kudos to you for going the extra mile. It was my husband’s first time dining at Eudora’s. And he saw why I frequent there so often. The drinks were delicious!

Everything about our visit to Eudora’s was excellent. The food was fantastic and the service we received from Amber was absolutely stellar. And, can’t say enough about the $4 martinis during Happy Hour 😉!

I visited Eudora's Mississippi Brasserie, and it did not disappoint. The decor was very inviting, and the service was great. I ordered a lavender mocktail, fried quail and waffles, and an order of gumbo. All of the food was outstanding, but the quail had me questioning whether or not chicken should even exist. I found myself going back looking for more even after I had cleaned the plate. The blueberry syrup was unique but a nice added touch. The roux in the gumbo was very rich, and there was a nice amount of protein. I appreciated that it was not loaded with rice. I would love to return and sample some of their other dishes, but I will definitely miss the quail once I return back home.

Eudora's is usually packed on Friday evenings for dinner, but our dinner on a recent Friday night was unusual in that there were a lot of open tables. Even though I knew what I wanted from previous visits, I did look at the menu again, and it does offer a very wide selection of appetizers/starters and entrees. Our party of two ordered the whole snapper and Eudora burger. The whole snapper is an impressive looking entree that catches the eye of many when it is brought out as well as when it is placed on the table. Great presentation and even better taste. The Eudora burger is a smash burger with two patties served with a very generous side of french fries. Very tasty but messy to hold due to the size and being fully dressed.
