Etch est la dernière entreprise culinaire de Chef Deb Paquette. Situé au rez-de-chaussée de la tour Encore au centre-ville de Nashville, Etch propose une salle à manger privée, un bar complet et une cuisine ouverte avec un comptoir-bar. Au cours de ses 13 premières années en tant que Chef / Propriétaire de Zola, Deb Paquette a reçu des éloges comme étant meilleur chef de Nashville et le meilleur restaurant de Nashville à plusieurs reprises. Les restaurants de Nashville sont nombreux, mais Etch se distingue avec des saveurs audacieuses et des présentations colorées. La cuisine du Etch est complétée par leur carte des vins, avec une vaste sélection de vins du monde entier. I love Etch because the food is delicious and creatively prepared—everything I’ve had there has been wonderful, and I’m choosy. The ambience is just right, lively but not at all intrusive. Surrounding noise seems muted and doesn’t interfere with conversation.

A return visit to Etch after a few years. I was excited to introduce my friends to this restaurant. It was better than I remembered. We had a fabulous dinner with the best service from Shaylee. She was so personable & engaging. We started out with cocktails. The guy had old fashioneds, my girlfriend had a French martini, and I had the Underground Races cocktail. All were well made. Our table of four then shared two appetizers, the smoked carpaccio and the duck tart. Both winners. The carpaccio was very minimal with paper thin steak, but tasty. I would have preferred a larger serving with charred grilled bread. The duck tart was perfect. We shared a bottle wine with our entrées. I had the pan-seared scallops and my husband had the special offering, swordfish. Both our entrées were culinary masterpieces. The seafood cooked perfectly, the flavors outstanding and the taste was divine. The four of us ended our dinner sharing two desserts, the chocolate mousse bar and the pavlova. Sweet delights. The chocolate mousse bar was so decadent. The perfect dessert for chocolate alcoholics. Each dish from appetizer to dessert was presented beautifully. This dinner by far was the best of our three dinners in Nashville. I highly recommend this restaurant. The previous time I dined at Etch and didn’t order dessert. The manager Allison invited me back the next time I was in town for dessert after reading my glowing review. I’m so happy I didn’t skip dessert this time.

Food and service were outstanding. We started with the Octopus Bruschetta and Duck Tart and both were phenomenal! Next, we had the filet and Chef’s Creation which was Swordfish. I added a couple of scallops to the filet and while the flavor was delicious, the scallops were undercooked and cold in the center. The filet melted in my mouth. The swordfish and its components were perfect. The heirloom tomato side was not our favorite as we expected homegrown and rich flavors and they were not. While I am being picky, on those two things, we left utterly delighted and would recommend etch to everyone.

Food was delicious and our server nice and knowledgeable. Good wine selection. Chill vibe - everyone dressed up for the symphony. Don't order espresso - tasted just like the coffee others ordered.

Great restaurant and staff. Over and beyond for gluten allergy. Great place to dip out of broadway and have a great meal.

One of the best restaurants we’ve been to. Food was different but delicious. Will definitely go back next time we are in Nashville.

We had been to Etch another time and remembered we enjoyed it so this time for our anniversary we wanted to try it again. It did not disappoint. Everything was fantastic. Delicious food and drinks and amazing attentive staff. They really do it right. The restaurant is 10 out of 10 and is great for a special night out or even a quick bite at the bar before the game. Wouldn't recommend for families with small fussy or picky eaters.

Posh little place nestled into a downtown corner. Service was excellent, food was delicious and eye-catchingly presented. Noise was a little more than comfortable for a business lunch.
