Etch est la dernière entreprise culinaire de Chef Deb Paquette. Situé au rez-de-chaussée de la tour Encore au centre-ville de Nashville, Etch propose une salle à manger privée, un bar complet et une cuisine ouverte avec un comptoir-bar. Au cours de ses 13 premières années en tant que Chef / Propriétaire de Zola, Deb Paquette a reçu des éloges comme étant meilleur chef de Nashville et le meilleur restaurant de Nashville à plusieurs reprises. Les restaurants de Nashville sont nombreux, mais Etch se distingue avec des saveurs audacieuses et des présentations colorées. La cuisine du Etch est complétée par leur carte des vins, avec une vaste sélection de vins du monde entier. Vous pourrez également profiter de leur carte de cocktails revisitant les classiques avec une touche moderne, et offrant une variété de bières éclectiques dont les bières en fut régionales. Absolutely amazing experience and outstanding food. We sat at the chef seating and had such a memorable experience. Foo, service and atmosphere top notch. Every employee was so nice and extremely hard working!

Drinks took 55 min to arrive half way though dinner by then I just try to avoid gluten they would not let my husband have a bruschetta appetizer because I was avoiding gluten .. told him I am not eating it .. server was very abrupt …

Service was basic. Not what you would expect for a place like this. Not well organized and I think it took 25 min to get our wine but our appetizer came right away.

This was our 1st time in Nashville and dining at Etch. The food was amazing, the service was outstanding and we loved the ambiance. Highly recommend.

Etch is always full and always noisy—which is not altogether bad—would hate an empty quiet place! But our table at the very back was great—we could hear and the service was excellent! We recommend the salmon seafood special and the beef carpaccio—and roasted cauliflower is a MUST!!

Venison was amazing! Halibut was also to die for. Amazing recs from the servers. We went for our anniversary and they gave us a cute card and a cute surprise with our desert.

Disappointed this go around. We’ve eaten there several times in the past, quality of food has changed over the years. Noise level is high and distracting … made it difficult for conversation at the table. Our meal was good, but it wasn’t warm upon getting to the table. Broccoli was very hard and cold. Service was good and friendly. Cole at the front was very kind and helpful.
