etch is a globally-inspired restaurant by award-winning chef Deb Paquette. The original location opened its doors in 2012 in lively downtown Nashville; the second location opened in fall of 2024 in The Factory at Franklin. The modern restaurant houses two private dining rooms, a full bar, and a chef’s bar, giving guests a look into the restaurants' culinary prowess.

etch’s eclectic menu incorporates innovative dishes inspired by Deb and Executive Chef Jess Lambert's favorite regions of the world to leave a lasting impression, or etch, on every diner. A wine list with over 80 choices is available, along with high-gravity local beers and hand-crafted signature cocktails.

Desserts are prepared in-house by Pastry Chef Megan Williams, whose creations top the list for the city’s sweet confections. House-made ice creams and artfully plated desserts change seasonally, providing a revolving array of treats that will keep you coming back for more.

Etch offers two private dining spaces for hosting meetings, receptions, and special events. The Iris Room can accommodate up to 12 guests; the Cardinal Room can accommodate up to 32 seated guests. A prix fixe menu is offered to private dining groups, and we are happy to offer customized menus and beverage options for your guests.

The restaurant is a great addition to the Factory in Franklin. Well-appointed space, a nice bar, and several seating options for dining. Bar service was a bit slow, and the bartender was not very attentive and overwhelmed with preparing drinks for table service. Doors to the Factory hallway remained open creating noise, distractions and cold air in the bar area.

We really enjoyed our experience at Etch in Franklin. Amazing, delicious food, great wine selection and top notch customer service. 10/10 highly recommended Etch!

We enjoyed a beautiful Sunday brunch for our Valentine's outing this weekend. It was honestly perfect! From the excellent service to every bite of food to the calming ambiance, we enjoyed every minute. Cannot wait to come back!

Richard was terrific! He was full of recommendations and so personable . He mad a Big Difference in our enjoyment of tonight’s dinner ! Definitely willl tell our friends .

We love Etch. We have been regularly visiting Etch downtown Nashville for over 10 years. The food is always delicious and amazing. First time visiting Etch in Franklin. Everyone was wonderful. I would like to mention that my catfish needed salt. Otherwise, it was an awesome experience as usual.

The bartender was a little light on my bourbon pour. I asked for a double pour and it certainly was not!
