Fabulous fantastic!!! Finally a restaurant that offers a different menu experience ! Location great, staff great ,ambience great, great place for date night , or girls night or sitting at the bar solo. Also, superb drink menu ! Please add Etc!!! to your next dinning experience!!

Atmosphere was great. Servers were very attentive. My only issue was the lamb chops were a little fatty. Food was very well seasoned. A leaner cut would have been much better for the price.

Oxtail & Grits was fabulous, as was the Filet. Our waiter, Conner, was attentive and personable, and we enjoyed our after-dinner drink at the bar. This was our first visit and we'll definitely be back.

Great Experience! The venue is beautiful and the food was delicious. Top tear service from beginning to end. I enjoyed the John Hoppin and the Mac and Cheese.

This was the best dining experience I’ve had in a very long time. The drinks were excellent and the food was so amazing. The murals in the restaurant are very eye catching and dramatic. Will definitely recommend Etc. to others!!

Went here because it was a new black owned restaurant so I had to show support! Also the tiktok videos had me sold but the food was not up to par with my expectations. The Mississippi catfish dip was really good! The cracker really set it off. I got the oxtail and grits as an entree and it was just too salty and not robust in flavor. My oxtails had more fat than actual meat and the grits were kinda bland. The oxtails were just salty and my sisters agreed. My brother got the lamb chops, Mac n cheese and truffle fries. He said the lampchops were really good! The Mac n cheese had a smoky taste but lacked much seasoning. The fries were a bit bland but the dip was super good so I guess it balanced out. Service was amazing, ambiance was elevated, chic and the bathrooms were clean! Overall I would give my experience 3.5/5.

The host was lovely, and the deviled eggs were great. Unfortunately, the experience went downhill from there. Our waiter was nice but didn’t know the menu, which made it hard to get answers to our questions. My oxtails were cold and overly salty. I had already sent back my drink and didn’t want to send the food back too, especially since I was hungry. While my sister’s food was served hot, the overall experience was disappointing.

The experience was absolutely wonderful, slightly loud but great. We felt relax, not rushed. The wait staff was impeccable! The drinks were delicious. My favorite were the grits & oxtails, the flavor was magnificent. Other guest had Cacio, it was slightly over peppered. But, ok. The parking can be challenging, but again it's Chicago. Take an ride share.

They were out of a number of menu items specifically the fish dishes and some other small plates that I wanted.

Great atmosphere and location, professional and friendly staff. A few things we wanted to try were not available but we’ll definitely be back. The food was also good.
