    Took 15 minutes for someone to come to our table. Lost our order. When it came it was wrong. Originally said would take half off and finally comped. That was lunch. Manager said he would comp our drinks at dinner. Didn’t. Hotel restaurant and no other dining options. Hotel it was in was equally horrible. Chelsea Harbour.

    I had the talbot and it was cooked to perfection and tasted delicious. I also had afternoon tea earlier in the day and again it was delightful.

    set in a lovely spot, good food, nice variety but service was very slow initially...and that was while it was not busy yet. staff very friendly though. if you have lots of time...Worth a visit

    overall this was a disappointing experience. this was a birthday treat for my mother and from the moment we arrived to the moment we left it was disappointing. we would never go back. we booked the Chelsea flower set menu. the starters were slow to arrive, and when they did arrive it was clear they had been sitting on the pass for a while as they were cold. due to the long wait, some water, some bread, anything to help the slow service would have been good. I would also like to point out we were one of the first tables, so it wasn't busy, there were 3 other tables. we both ordered steak and were not asked how we would like them cooked. when they arrived which again seemed a long wait, I was shocked to see a small steak and an onion. no other of chips, or vegetables. £40 set meal, I would have expected more. unfortunately my mum's steak was medium and she prefers well done. she was not able to eat the steak and we asked for hers to be cooked a bit more. they took it away and yet again took a very long time. when it did arrive it was no more cooked than the first. so my mother was unable to eat. at this point she was very hungry! we had driven from Cornwall nearly 6 hours and wanted a really nice relaxing meal. The waiter offered her something else, as we had booked the set menu for £40, we said the cheese board will be fine. they asked if I would like one and I said no, I didn't mind medium steak. however they bought us 2 cheese boards after another long wait and even though we had clearly asked for just 1. when we asked for the bill, I was shocked to see they still charged us the £40 per head and for 1 cheese board on top of the £40 when that should have been included!!! When i said this to the staff, they didn't seem to care but did remove the cheese board from the bill. However this still means we paid full price for a set meal that my mother was unable to eat!!! everything was so disappointing! we had a better meal at Chelsea flower show for just £20 !!

    Best Experience I have had in a hotel. Maddie and the two managers on the 10th was amazing.

    Chelsea Riverside Brasserie is outstanding amongst the range of dining available in our neighbourhood. It combines a priceless view of the Marina and River beyond with the luxury and comfort of a top class hotel venue. The kitchen presents truly delicious food, beautifully presented and flavoursome. Serving staff are professional, attentive and courteous. This restaurant is ideal for family events and personal celebrations, as well as business entertaining. Truly a local treasure. Thank you, Chelsea Riverside Brasserie for serving up a glorious Mother's Day Lunch this year.

    We were not greeted nicely and rushed to a table with no view in a somewhat empty restaurant. It took almost half an hour before we got our drinks and over an hour until our meal came. Not once did the waitress check on us to see if we needed anything or to get us another drink. I work in the hospitality industry and I was appalled at the lack of customer service in this restaurant. I will never go there again.

    Fantastic food, excellent service. Staff are friendly and the ambience is supercool. I feel like having dinner at home, very spacious , nice place to chill out .
