With a commitment to the freshest, most flavourful fish, flown in daily from the Greek islands and featured in its open fish market, Milos offers a dining experience based on the simplicity and sincerity of the Mediterranean diet. The restaurant's airy, elegant setting is reminiscent of the Greek islands. Founder and chef Costas Spiliadis continues the standard of excellence and hospitality he began in Montreal, where he opened the original Milos.

We enjoyed an excellent grilled sea bass shared by three of us, accompanied by a lovely dry Greek white wine. Service was excellent. This is a hot new spot in Toronto's downtown business district and is a keeper!!

Good not great. Expected more for the hype and price. Beautiful decor. Wait staff was knowledgeable, friendly and attentive. Ambience was off - lots of people wandering the restaurant, felt like family and friends checking things out. Music was non existent or low. Many items on the menu were not available. Starters were good. Mains were average. Would not get the lobster pasta. When disapointment shared with wait staff about the food, response left much to be desired.

I recently visited Milos in Toronto, and as someone who’s enjoyed the experience at their locations in NYC, Montreal, and Miami, I can confidently say the design and atmosphere here are in line with their high standards. The space is elegant, offering that same sleek, upscale vibe that makes it perfect for a refined lunch, though it’s a bit challenging to find parking nearby. When it comes to the food, Milos delivers solid quality—fresh ingredients, well-executed dishes, and no surprises. The menu isn’t particularly inventive, but it’s a safe bet for anyone craving classic Mediterranean seafood. We opted for the 2lbs fish to share, but I found the $150 price tag for that a bit steep. Transparency on market prices would have been appreciated, especially since it wasn’t clear upfront what the cost would be. The wine pairing was another area that could use some improvement. While the selection was good, the portion was on the smaller side. They could do better by asking how many ounces a guest would like at lunch, especially given the premium pricing. That said, the grilled calamari was fantastic—one of the standout dishes. But we had to specifically request that it be grilled, as it’s usually served fried, which felt a bit off given the reputation of the restaurant. Overall, I’m feeling a bit mixed about the experience. The food quality was excellent, but the pricing and small service details left me wanting more for what we paid. Still, it’s a good choice if you're looking for a high-end seafood experience in Toronto.

What a wonderful experience!! The food was delicious and the staff so professional kind and impeccable. Shout out to Percy who made our evening extra special !! Truly an amazing dining experience!!

One of the best fish restaurants in downtown where you can find Aegean Sea winds and taste, simple with good quality ingredients. Wine list is not huge, but big enough for Greek selection and good selection of French wine and others.

We were very excited to try Milos and decided to come for a friend's birthday. First thing is we waited almost an hour to be seated even though we had reservations. I understand that the restaurant does not have a seating limit which I love but perhaps needs to plan better around that because an hour later than a reservation is a little much. We had plans to go elsewhere so it then felt very rushed. Food portions were good, food was good, and the overall vibe was nice. We sat in the market area I would have personally preferred not to as I think the other side was much nicer, and all guests can come to look at the market and people are always standing around.

Service and food were excellent. Just seemed like the overall ambiance and vibe was off. I live in NYC and frequent the 5th avenue and Hudson yards locations and they seem to be a bit more intimate not as bright and better background music.

My party and I arrived on time for our dinner to celebrate a birthday. We waited for quite sometime before being walked to our table. When we got to the table the hostess turned around and said sorry, it's actually not really , can you go to the bar and have a drink in the meantime. Glady we said okay, however being at the bar for approx 10 minutes, no one served us and finally asked once we were being seated. We were finally seated 25 minutes after our dinner reservations and we arrived on time. Overall, our drinks took a long time to come. Even when we ordered another glass of wine it took a very long time to come and I had to remind them we ordered another beverage. Dinner was slow. Hospitality was just not there. Our server was very polite but the experience/ hospitality at the restaurant definitely was not pleasant especially given the type of restaurant it was. Overall we had to do too much waiting or reminding for the price paid for dinner. We didn't even bother ordering dessert. There were no remedial actions. I've been to restaurants all over the world and I do not consider this world class experience to be in line with similarly priced places. Unfortunately a very disappointing experience.
