The “Theater Menu” at $40 was well worth the investment. Right across the street from the Academy in Center City. Philadelphia. Been there before- hopefully will be there again.

A wonderful place to eat, especially if you are heading to the theatre for a show! The food is delicious served in a timely fashion and the staff was courteous and unintrusive. Highly recommend.

We were visiting Philadelphia for a few days, staying at Double Tree and going to Academy for Les Miserables. Estia featured a pre theater menu selection which sounded great and made perfect sense for us. Estia had really good reviews so we were all in. What a smart decision! Everything we selected was delicious! For starters, the spread pakilia was so tasty and the meatballs so flavorful. My wife absolutely loved the shrimp souvlaki. Nick, our waiter, was terrific and when I asked about his recommenation from two entree choices, he suggested the arni trahana. His recommendation was spot on. It was a festival of flowers. So good. This was our first time at Estia and we will certainly return on our next trip to Philadelphia!!

It has been 5 years or so since we ate at Estia. Our prior experience was very good so we though we would go back. We had tickets for Le Mis at the Academy of Music and Estia is across the street. Estia was everything I remember, perhaps even much better. The food and service were excellent and reasonably priced for a center city restaurant. Thee were two of us. I had the Caesar salad, which was excellent and a large proportion. My other had and thoroughly enjoyed the Beet Salad. For entrees one had Mousaka which was raved about. I am a big lobster fan, so I ordered the Lobster Linguini, which as excellent. Service was quick and professional. Even the silverware was changed between courses-you don't see that very often these days. We will plan more frequent trips to see shows in Philadelphia. It is most certain that Estia will be on the schedule for dinner each trip.
