Located in the Fairhaven neighborhood of Bellingham, Estelle serves creative comfort food and craft cocktails brought to you by the chefs of Carnal. Incredible burger and salad! Honestly the whole experience was perfect. The melon de bourgogne wine was also incredible.

We had an amazing meal at Estelle. Best food I’ve had in the PNW. Its a must go experience!

Went for the specialty wine pairing dinner and what a great selection of a curated 4 course meal. The dessert however was a little odd. Tasted a bit burnt and not caramelized like it was meant to be. Still a great overall experience but for the price point of $300(with tip) I’ve been to better wine dinners. We will be back to Estelle but perhaps not for a curated dinner.

Loved our dinner at Estelle. Made a last minute reservation so had to sit at the bar, but it was still lovely and delicious.

The food and service were fantastic. It was everything we could do to not lick the plates. We will be going back regularly.

Excellent service from our server, Savannah. She was professional and simply delightful! The food really exceeded our expectations. First time, but will be back often…

Excellent food, though menu limited. Will be checking seasonally for promised menu changes, was told website menu not always accurate. Great service, very good dishes.
