The food was quite good! The beet salad and yucca fries were excellent, and the salmon tacos good, though I would prefer my tacos in a tortilla shell rather than wrapped in lettuce.

We enjoyed our meal. The food was good, but not outstanding. We thought the prices were a little steep for what we ordered. The service was good, as was the ambience

Attention to detail in everything that they did. The drinks were beautiful and tasty - nice cocktail list. Both appetizers (Yucca and the Pear Salad) were absolutely fantastic. The lamb chops and Short Rib and Mashed were also excellent! The brownie/cookie hot fudge was so good that we brought home the leftovers (way too much food for 2 people but it was so good we kept eating). Vinny was the manager and did an excellent job introducing himself and telling us that he appreciated us choosing to have dinner and drinks at his restaurant. The whole experience was terrific!

It was taco Tuesday. Tacos were good but the food came from the kitchen strangely. We both ordered a side of rice & beans to go with the tacos. Sides for both of us came out first and were not very hot to begin with but then when the tacos came out about 5 minutes later our sides were nearly cold. Our table was upstairs (maybe we were a long way from the kitchen?) They also don't have printed menus, you need to scan a code and read on your phone.

I checked the menu online and it seemed to have non-spicy options and I made a reservation. While ordering, I asked and learned that all the choices I considered, including backups, had black pepper. I was told the clam chowder was “mild”. I asked if I could have a taste to see if I could manage it. The kitchen denied my request. I finally ended up with plain asparagus because even the cheese it is served with had black pepper. It was early and the place was busy but not full. There seemed to be adequate wait and service staff; I don’t know about the kitchen staffing. I seldom have reason to write a negative review, but I will not be going back to Estrella. I have never had such difficulty ordering non-spicy food.

Amazing birthday night with my boyfriend, love the food and music. Service was amazing, made sure we were nice and comfortable. 10/10 definitely recommend
