Great food and service! Received the wrong order at first but the waitress corrected this very quickly and we ended up with an additional meal!

Great dinner - highly recommend. We had the calamari and the short ribs which were both delicious.

Unfortunately we saw a rat run by, the manager was very accommodating and moved our table. The service wasn’t great, when they moved our table we were forgotten about.

There was no silverware or napkins on the table and after multiple requests for silverware were made, we were given four forks and four cocktail napkins. The drink service was terrible! It took a very long time for us just to get water and 40 minutes before we got our drinks. In fact, our appetizers were delivered before our drinks and when I looked around the restaurant, I noticed a lot of people were drinking waters with their meals so I’m guessing they didn’t get their drinks either. My friend requested a birthday dessert following dinner and we received that dessert before we ordered our entrées. At this point, we decided to make a dinner reservation at a different restaurant and leave. However, we were unable to get the waitresses attention, so we had to track her down in order to pay the bill. I’m not sure if the waitstaff was inexperienced or just overwhelmed, but I can honestly say this was the most unorganized dinner service I have ever had and while I found the whole experience laughable, I will not be back.

Unfortunately we did not stay to have dinner. The restaurant was so loud we couldn’t stay. The noise level from the bar out did the music from the guitar player.

Great food and service - it is pretty noisy upstairs though our waitress made every attempt to seat us somewhere less noisy.

Amazing!! I planned a surprise birthday dinner, the staff was very kind and cooperative which made it all such a success. This restaurant has great vibes and good food.
