Estabulo Rodizio Bar & Grill honour the Brazilian Gaúcho’s traditional method of cooking. This involves taking the most delicious and flavoursome cuts of meat, which are then skewered and cooked slowly on open flames.
This method of cooking also means that all the meat served to you fresh at your table, straight from the grill. You can eat as much or as little as you like, and we have a large selection of meats on offer, so you can stick to what you know or try something a little bit different!
We also have a selection of Vegetarian, Halal and Fish dishes on offer and the salad bar which is the perfect start to your meal, and accompanies our entire menu perfectly as little palate cleansers between each skewer that reaches your table.

Booked to celebrate our daughter’s birthday and staff couldn’t have been nicer, really welcoming and attentive and sang happy birthday to her which was lovely with cake and a candle. Food was absolutely amazing and definitely would recommend for a special occasion. Beautifully done out inside and great atmosphere. Lovely family evening.

We absolutely love visiting estabulo. It's always a good experience, friendly staff, lovely food and good choices in the salad area. The guys bringing the food round were up for a giggle and yet still professional. Great service. As always, we will be back again 🙂

This Establo didn’t have the restaurant feel of others I have been to. It felt more like an overpriced pizza hut lunch buffet. We went for a special occasion, however it didn’t feel special. Had to sit and wait for a drink order then flag someone down to come get a drinks order after 15 minutes. Packing up the salad bar at 845pm. That had been half empty since 8pm anyway. Only bringing round rump, chicken and pineapple until we asked for different meats. It was quiet for a Saturday night so I think the staff had switched off a bit. After complaining they did try bring out more food, however it just never met expectations. Never asked if we wanted more drinks, left with empty plates for 20 minutes so went to the bar to pay. Overall not great. The meat we did eat was good to be fair.

Been many times. Wedding anniversary meal out with my wife and you didn't disappoint. Best place in York to eat if you like great meat flavours

Staff were helpful and friendly and explained how their system worked as it was our first visit. Wide choice from the salad bar, the meats were brought to the table and carved in front of us allowing choice of cut. Given the option of specific meat to try again. The meats were cooked to perfection, so tender and juicy.

Food was excellent when it was stocked, a lot missing for most of our visit such as garlic mushrooms and tomato with mozzarella. Struggled with service was the main frustration. It wasn’t busy and Had to walk about to get attention of staff when we needed drinks etc. then advised hardly any drinks available including lager and cider so made our visit less enjoyable.

We were curious about the Estabulo concept, where they bring meat to the table as much as you can eat, and with a large variety of meats. The food was good, no problem, and there was a deal on (£30 pp), which made it better value for money. But many of the advertised meats never showed up (we were there for 90 min), and there were long periods when we were waiting to be offered meat, and it did not come around. The concept is good, the food is good, but the implementation of the concept leaves to be desired. Advertising fillet steak, but never offering it seems a bit dishonest.

Poor service all around. Party of 7 people on a Saturday a football match day and they clearly didn’t have enough staff on. Hardly any meat came around. It took over 20 mins to get a plate then another 15 mins before any meat. The chips came out after we had finished. Poor all round .
