Estabulo Rodizio Bar & Grill honour the Brazilian Gaúcho’s traditional method of cooking. This involves taking the most delicious and flavoursome cuts of meat, which are then skewered and cooked slowly on open flames. This method of cooking also means that all the meat served to you fresh at your table, straight from the grill. You can eat as much or as little as you like, and we have a large selection of meats on offer, so you can stick to what you know or try something a little bit different! We also have a selection of Vegetarian, Halal and Fish dishes on offer and the salad bar which is the perfect start to your meal, and accompanies our entire menu perfectly as little palate cleansers between each skewer that reaches your table.

    Disappointed. Arrived at 4.30pm to an empty restaurant. Girl there had the fakest smile I have seen in a long time. Pasta and salad area was well stocked, clean and tasty. Variety of skewered meats on offer. ALL steak (apart from the fillet) was chewy. Some of the belly pork was dry. Chicken a little dry too. Overall, very expensive for chewy meat. Unfortunately we won’t be back.

    Reservation was for 4.30, we arrived early and were seated immediately. All staff very friendly, food was served constantly,fresh and hot. Asked for more fries which didn’t arrive but truthfully, they probably did us a favour as we were very full. Would definitely go again

    First experience of this type of restaurant, 10 out of 10, couldnt fault a thing, Manager went out of her way to help with anything we needed, serving staff were superb, great setting overlooking river and the best by far, the food, amazing buffet,plenty choice and all fresh, grest selection of meats, tried everything on menu. Have booked to go again.

    We have visited Estabulo previously but this was our first visit to Estabulo Durham. From arriving in the restaurant the staff were friendly, polite, courteous and very informative. The salad bar was all very fresh and tasted lovely & was full of flavour. The meat on offer was cooked to our liking, medium, the sausages were very tasty & even though we love steak our favourite was the lamb. The lamb is cooked to melt in the mouth perfection with the added flavour of the mint it is exceptional. It is also excellent value for money and we will most certainly be back next time we are in Durham.

    They had no chips, salad bar was poor and very low stocked disappointed compared to the time we visited last time at Darlington They came round about 3 times with meet in over an hour I had to ask twice for them to bring some meat over Very disappointed will not be coming back to this venue because of this

    The staff were absolutely lovely. All the staff were so pleasant and friendly, they are a credit to the restaurant.

    All meats really nice. Especially the minted lamb, and garlic steak. Cocktails really nice, especially the old school (whiskey sour). Staff very friendly and helpful. Top marks, will be back.
