Estabulo Rodizio Bar & Grill honour the Brazilian Gaúcho’s traditional method of cooking. This involves taking the most delicious and flavoursome cuts of meat, which are then skewered and cooked slowly on open flames.
This method of cooking also means that all the meat served to you fresh at your table, straight from the grill. You can eat as much or as little as you like, and we have a large selection of meats on offer, so you can stick to what you know or try something a little bit different!
We also have a selection of Vegetarian, Halal and Fish dishes on offer and the salad bar which is the perfect start to your meal, and accompanies our entire menu perfectly as little palate cleansers between each skewer that reaches your table.

Took my son as a birthday treat, food was great, couldn’t eat anything else with over 20 minutes remaining. Staff were friendly and helpful. Negative, wanted a drink that wasn’t included in offer, not a problem, but then got charged an additional £1 for the service, then an automatic 10% service charge on bill

Without a doubt one of the best meals I’ve ever had we had a party of nine and the service was fantastic and constantly kept bringing meat would highly recommend

Staff were really lovely, very attentive without about being over the top, food brought out regularly without asking, drinks kept up with, table cleared away, not many people in so it was nice and quiet, really enjoyed it

Poor attitude. Poor options of meat. Rubbish service and had a bad atmosphere. Will not be returning.

I always enjoy coming to Estabulo, so couldn’t pass up on the offer going on through August. Staff are always friendly, polite and helpful. Restaurant is clean and tidy. My only issue and this has happened on the last two occasions I’ve been is “how you like your meat cooked”. My preference is medium/well done. Honestly I could probably eat medium, I just don’t like it rare and dripping with blood or too pink. However on my last two visits I feel like I’ve literally been served the scrapings of the meat “well done” basically dry, I eat it because I feel like a pain if I say anything, because I’ve asked for medium/well done. Should I maybe ask for it medium? I would like to be able to taste the meat.

We have only tried Estabulo at Darlington & i would recommend trying it. The salad bar is regularly refreshed & the meat served is usually very good. On this visit our drinks took almost half hour to arrive & my Husband had to go to the bar to remind them of our order. Part of the order was a cocktail & i did receive a complimentary one due to the delay, however, I didn’t receive the Prosecco shots meant to be part of each cocktail & this isn’t the 1st time i have not received it. As we booked in advance, we were entitled to the August £30 oer person dinner offer. Unfortunately we did not check the bill until we were driving home & realised we’d been overcharged. We were charged the £30 offer price for one meal & the usual £37.95 for the other meal, which was very disappointing! Not sure how or why this happened, as it was the manager who took our payment. We won’t let it put us off going again, but we will definitely be more vigilant in what we are being charged before we leave the restaurant.

We went for lunch menu with our 2 kids (3&6). I tried calling ahead multiple times over a few days to ask if we could use the Estabulo voucher I'd purchased as it was Bank Hol Monday (unfortunately no answer). Upon arrival the server told us we couldn't use it as the day was a special occasion. At the end of meal I asked manager and he did honour the Estabulo voucher. Guy serving/ carving meat was friendly and asked if there's any meats we'd prefer/ what we'd like next (he was fab!). I left the 10% service charge on bill, plus the newly added additional £1 charity donation. This, with the 'processing fee' for August voucher offer cost us over £10 in added fees (note the service charge & donation can be removed if requested). Overall, food was great but I'm not a fan of the added extra costs.
