Innovative food that is clearly cooked and served with pride in the product. Erst has definitely become one of our favourite watering holes.

Good ingredients handled well. Love the peach mignonette with oyster. We had the hogget which was tender and juicy. Chocolate sorbet was a perfect end to the meal. Highly recommend if you see it in the menu!

Really special food here. Previously I was not a big fan of the small plates style, but ERST have converted me. A very well balanced menu and excellent service meant we ordered well and the food was truly exceptional. Special mention to The Hake dish. Not being from Manchester was the only disappointment as returning to this restaurant is something I would do regularly if not for living so far away, but I will be back, any excuse will do, it’s that good.

10/10. Could not fault. The most delicious food. I would go back tomorrow. The staff are also the most friendly and helpful people that felt like I had known them forever. This place is no joke. You have to go.

ERST never disappoints. Easily my favourite spot in town after spending the last 10 years trying every restaurant in Manchester. Get the beef flatbread. Thanks me later.
