It's Chef Niven Patel's homage to his time in Florence, emphasizing the appreciation of local culture, colors, and energy—a harmonious fusion of the old world meeting the new world. Sourcing fresh, local ingredients lies at the heart and soul of Erba, with a significant portion of our produce coming directly from our own farm, Rancho Patel.

With a strong emphasis on quality ingredients, Erba, a play on "herbs," procures its produce from a variety of local suppliers and prominently features Rancho Patel's unique varieties across its menus. Join us at Erba on Wednesday, July 17th at 7:00pm to enjoy a 3-course "Summer in Piedmont', family style summer menu. Optional wine pairing available. Full bar menu available with seasonal summer cocktails. Our menu is inspired by the summer flavors of South Florida with several ingredients coming from Chef Niven Patel's Farm. Every item we ordered was salty or overcooked. The cocktails were regretful and they infuse their olives with rosemary and lime? What an odd combo. Won’t be returning

Everything about our experience at Erba was exceptional. From the moment we walked in until we departed we were treated like royalty. Fatima, our server knew the menu well and made excellent recommendations. The craft cocktails were delicious. Chef Beth Needelman personally came to our table twice!!! Each and every dish we ordered, and we did try many, were a gastronomical experience. Every dish was amazing!! The carpaccio was my favorite, but the other 12 dishes we tried were all outstanding. We will be back. Erba is a must try, chef Patel you've done it again, congratulations on another success!

One of the best dinners I have had in a while! The place is beautifully decorated with great accoustics. The service was impecable, the food and wine simply delicious. Loved it!

Second visit. Stellar romantic evening in a delightful supper club setting. The food and presentation (especially the appetizers and pastas) were the best we’ve experienced in quite some time. You MUST try the pistachio gelato. You’ll dream about it that night. Each and every staff member is extremely solicitous without being intrusive. We’ll be back for sure.

Our anniversary dinner was really special! Erba has a nice ambiance, with music at a moderate volume—not too loud, not too quiet. The food was amazing—tasty and fresh! Usually, you should order an appetizer, entrée, and pasta. The portions are not big. My wife and I ordered 2 appetizers, 2 pastas, 1 entrée to share, and 1 dessert. I think this was more than enough. I had an Erba Old Fashioned, and it was really good. This is not an inexpensive restaurant, but it is perfect for special occasions.

Place is beautifully decorated and the bar is very pretty. We arrived and waited for the rest of our party to get there and had drinks at the bar. Great bartender and enthusiastic server.Service was excellent and the food was fantastic. We were there to celebrate Father's Day and we were a large group.We were impressed with the preparation and quality of the food. The salad is a must do. But everything we ordered was superb. O ordered some mussels that were delicious. The eggplant was on the sweet side but I would go back and order it again. We were there with 3 kids and they ate pasta and the flatbread and were very happy with it.The olive cake was special and would highly recommend you order that.Will definitely return.
