It's Chef Niven Patel's homage to his time in Florence, emphasizing the appreciation of local culture, colors, and energy—a harmonious fusion of the old world meeting the new world. Sourcing fresh, local ingredients lies at the heart and soul of Erba, with a significant portion of our produce coming directly from our own farm, Rancho Patel.

With a strong emphasis on quality ingredients, Erba, a play on "herbs," procures its produce from a variety of local suppliers and prominently features Rancho Patel's unique varieties across its menus. Erba Restaurant truly delivered an unforgettable culinary experience that surpassed all our expectations. From the moment we walked in, the service was impeccable, with the staff attentive and genuinely friendly. My husband and I chose Erba for our date night, and it proved to be the perfect choice. The ambiance was inviting and elegant, setting the stage for a memorable evening. The food was simply top-notch. Every dish was a masterpiece, beautifully presented and bursting with flavor. We could tell that each ingredient was carefully selected and expertly prepared. It’s rare to find a restaurant where every aspect of the meal is flawless, but Erba managed to achieve just that. We can't wait to return and indulge in more of their exquisite offerings. Erba is undoubtedly one of Miami's best restaurants, and we highly recommend it to anyone seeking an extraordinary dining experience.

Overall great dinning experience Our server was knowledgeable and didn’t miss a beat with the exception of placing an order of rigatoni instead of the ravioli that we ordered. Honeslty I could see how the misunderstanding took place, issue was fixed and they even offered to leave the rigatoni at the table which we declined. We dined at a table close to the kitchen, service staff congregated close to the pass which is great but I found myself hearing their weekend plans without really wanting to. Panzanella salad was lacking peaches and bread….it was mostly arugula. Sloppy plating not like what you see online. Mussels were great…..love that they removed the meat from the shells. Great attention to detail, packed with flavor, presentation good only complaint was the bread. Not sure if it sat in the window too long but it was a soggy mess. Delicious but soggy, no texture whatsoever. Foie was another banger of a dish. But it was overcooked unfortunately, portion was quite small or was it ? Maybe looked small because all the fat was rendered out of it ? I guess we’ll never know. vin cotto and pickles really complimented the liver, the herb salad on top was good but the chervil was blonde and not green (not fresh). Little details that should be avoided when charging $29 for a couple bites of foie gras. Arancini was properly done and the cured ham was a great addition to the dish. Beef cheeks were stellar but the agnolotti dough was a bit chewy. Either the dough was too thick or it dried out from the time they were handmade to when it was cooked. I really appreciated the beef reduction that the cheeks and pasta were served with. You can tell someone poured some love into. Raviolis were spectacular …the chew on the dough was night and day compared to the agnolotti. Although a fan of truffles and lemon combination of the both in this dish didn’t click for me. I felt it was lacking a savory or salty component to tie it together. Pistachio Gelato isamazing

Erba was wonderful! Service was excellent, food was great and bartenders were exceptional and creative. Location is a little challenging to get to, but well worth the effort!

Had a great date night. Kitchen was a little backed up our waiter said but food came out cold. Maybe expo? Either way, cocktails and food were great. Service was also impeccable!

Our food never came out. We waited an hour for entrees. Management was nice and comped our apps but overall we were disappointed.

We had a great time. The food and service was great. Wasn’t happy about a $75 cork fee, found that a little to excessive.
