It's Chef Niven Patel's homage to his time in Florence, emphasizing the appreciation of local culture, colors, and energy—a harmonious fusion of the old world meeting the new world. Sourcing fresh, local ingredients lies at the heart and soul of Erba, with a significant portion of our produce coming directly from our own farm, Rancho Patel.

With a strong emphasis on quality ingredients, Erba, a play on "herbs," procures its produce from a variety of local suppliers and prominently features Rancho Patel's unique varieties across its menus. We had a fantastic date night here! The drinks were not only tasty but exceptionally delicious. We ordered a few bites and appetizers, and they were all excellent. The dessert was a highlight, absolutely delicious! Highly recommend this spot for a great evening out. Favorite: Cacio e pepe potatoes, the rigatoni and the olive oil cake!

I’d say a 3.25. The ambiance is great - beautiful, quiet, very moody. The winning dish was the wagyu cheek agnolotti - the raviolis were delicious and the perfect amount of sweetness to pair with the fatty meat, which was very tender. The olive oil cake and pistachio ice cream were great. The ice cream is huge, couldn’t finish it between two people. They have 4 non-alcoholic drinks. The two we tried (Art Basil and Red Light) were light and fresh - loved them. Just found it weird that the waitress had to loudly make it clear to person that it was non-alcoholic. We know lol. The rest of the food was just okay, the rigatoni was not good at all. It tasted like a kid’s menu item with watery sauce. The crudo was good, but have definitely had better.

This is my first time eating here I came with my girlfriend, and we were the last table of the night. Despite being the last table of the night, we got excellent service from our server Kira, Sorry if I’m spelling that wrong. She Was extremely enthusiastic in her service, guiding us through the menu effortlessly recommending us to some of the best dishes and checking in on us constantly. The ambience was beautiful. This is a very pretty restaurant. Perfect for a date night. The food was immaculate, It’s a sort of sharing style as most of the dishes aren’t huge, But you end up savoring every single bite because they are perfectly made. I ended up getting three appetizers, one entrée, and a desert and we left fully satisfied. The food I highly recommend is the ravioli, which is a black truffle ravioli it was scrumptious, The peach salad was excellent as well, The lamb shank Was so perfectly cooked it fell off the bone, and the hamachi crudo was the highlight of the night. We finished it off with the tiramisu, which is one of the best tiramisu I’ve ever had and I’ve been to italy multiple times. Overall, I highly recommend this restaurant. I will 100% be going back again. To give you an idea of price, my girlfriend and I also shared one glass of wine because we aren’t big drinkers and the total came out to $180 before tip which of course with the service we gave a generous tip(always tip good service guys!). If you haven’t been give this place a try because it is truly special.

I went to eat with my parents and it was a great experience. The service was a little slow at first, but the food was really excellent We had a "froie Gras", excellent, the braised porc was excellent as well. all the dishes were delicious! I will definitely come back!

James was excellent. The 2 bar service attendants were as usual very knowledgeable and serviceable. The Fresh salad was salty as never before. I have eaten it several time and last night was not up to par. The rest of the food was good.

Another amazing flawless dinning experience. The quality of the dishes is really clear in preparation and the highest level ingredients used. A feels good time when leaving the restaurant.

Erba is a beautiful restaurant with great ambiance. The service was excellent. We did the Miami Spice menu and shared bites of everything. All of it was delicious!

The ambiance was elegant and sophisticated, creating a refined atmosphere. The cocktails were unique and expertly crafted, and every dish we ordered was skillfully prepared. We began with the peach panzanella salad which was great and the wagyu beef carpaccio, which was the best I’ve ever tasted—I couldn’t stop eating it! The portion was generous, too. Next, we had the truffle ravioli, which was delightful, though the serving size was only five bites. For our main courses, we tried the lamb shank over pasta, which was incredibly filling, and the beef cheek agnolotti, which was the highlight of the evening. The flavors were perfectly balanced, and we even requested extra bread to soak up the remaining sauce on the plate. My only complaint is about the portion sizes; for an entree, there should be more than just a few bites of pasta, especially at $45. Overall, this was the best meal I’ve had all year, and I will definitely return to try more of their menu!
