Sourcing fresh, local ingredients lies at the heart and soul of Erba, with a significant portion of our produce coming directly from our own farm, Rancho Patel.

With a strong emphasis on quality ingredients, Erba, a play on "herbs," procures its produce from a variety of local suppliers and prominently features Rancho Patel's unique varieties across its menus. The RAEN winery focuses on creating wines of incredible expression, elegance, and length. They do so by relying only on the native yeasts that exist naturally on the grapes during the fermentation process giving a deeper connection to the site where the grapes were grown. Each wine has been paired with a dish, both meant to bring out the characteristics of the other.

I reserved the pasta tasting and when I we got there it was over. We are very disappointed. I’m not sure what went wrong, but very bad calculation.

The restaurant is beautiful I felt in Vegas The Food was amazing but the service was chaotic there seemed to have been a fire in the kitchen and the food delivery just halted it took hours to get service but in the end the manager and hostess and waiter made it up by not charging us for some wine and desert🥂Will repeat in a weekday with less people

We went for date night. Had the miami spice dinner. We loved the ambiance and feel of the restaurant. The service was good, all the staff was attentive. The food - Hamachi crudo was fresh and delicious Peach salad was good The picanha was superb. We wished there was more. The corn ravioli was nothing to write home about. I did not appreciate the watery sauce and the corn just comes on top. The tiramisu was delicious while the olive oil cake was just regular. Overall, we did like the experience. We would go back to try something else.

Our dinner at Erba was amazing! From the moment you enter till you leave it is an experience The place is gorgeous, impeccably clean with an excellent , friendly wait staff Our dinner was delicious. Food was prepared and presented so well We had the Miami spice menu with wine pairings which is an excellent value. We are so lucky to have this restaurant in Miami. We will return

Very nice upscale restaurant. Nicely decorated, food was different from the usual Italian fare, with plates not seen elsewhere. Great wine selection. Very good attentive service.
