Born in a family with a passion for Gastronomy and Oenology, we opened our first French Wine Bistro, Cepage[s], in Notting Hill, London in 2014. Driven by the success of Cepage[s], my father Felix Cohen, who lives in Grenoble (French Alpes), came with the idea to open an authentic french cuisine restaurant in El Paso. Our concept is to create a cozy atmosphere, featuring delicious bistro style sharable appetizers and classic popular dishes from diverse regions in France paired with a great selection of wines and cocktails. Our name, Entrecôte, is a very popular Ribeye Steak dish served in bistros and specialty restaurant in France. We are very exited to start this new adventure and offer a unique experience to El Pasoans and visitors from out of town.

Enjoyed my time there, the food was really good, but did take a little long to get it. The greeter or hostess could have been more customer friendly, but overall good experience and would recommend.

Food is outstanding, we had the Charlotte salads and the Lobster Ravioli and some sorbet to top off the fine entree’s. We’ll be back!

Overall it was a nice place for a romantic dinner. The food was tasty with quality ingredients, and the drinks had a nice kick to them. My only complain was the dessert, we ordered the Fondant Au Chocolat & Pecan Ice Cream which the cake was burned from the outside and frozen on the inside, but our host was quick to replace it with one that was perfectly made. Also the service was very slow but am sure it was mostly due to being Valentine’s day so we had to wait almost an hour to get our food and another hour to get our desserts. If you are looking for something different this is the place to go.

Thank you very much for the delicious food! And to the gentleman who served my girlfriend and I , thank you! You are amazing, and I appreciate that you made us feel welcomed; you truly earned that tip! This is a great destination for anyone wishing to take their significant other or loved one. The food and service are excellent, and the pricing is well worth it!

The food is terrible. Cesar salad was heavily salted and was smothered in the dressing. The fish was very fishy, overall not worth it. I have tried this restaurant a times and the consistency of the food is the same, they need a better chef. I hate to be so critical but the food is this bad.

The waiter was excellent it used to be our favorite place but it always takes over an hour to get your food the food is amazing but just takes too long we would go more often if it didn’t take so long still very good food

Been going to Entrecote for a few years because they have some of the best steaks in town imo. Other dishes are great as well but this last visit was disappointing. Steak was overcooked and came out warm at best (ordered medium rare and got medium). Ordered a side of “pan seared” scallops but came out mushy and kinda raw, no sear whatsoever. Sent those back and got them back just slightly seared and nothing as a pan seared scallop should be.

When sitting at table owners wife wanted to remove us from table thinking we did not have reservations .. restaurant had some sort of event and made it very uncomfortable.. definitely will never go there again .. not recommended
