We are passionate about the exquisite wine and food of Italy;
together we will take you on a memorable journey through the
many different regions of our country.

Rosso was born in a wine cellar. We were sipping excellent wine, enjoying an amazing variety of cheeses and charcuterie. One thing led to another and another bottle of wine had to be tried. Then we had to try the patron’s pasta and, of course, more wine to taste. Oh, and a bit more cheese and cured meats!

This was the beginning of our journey. Now we want to bring you that particularly Italian way of sharing mealtimes; chatting with family and friends, tasting an array of regional delicacies and above all discussing the food and wine. This isn’t just about consumption, it’s about the attitude towards and the passion for the produce.

Overall very pleasant, enjoyable food with a lovely atmosphere. Background music was great, service was brilliant and attentive. Portion sizes could be bigger, my desert was bigger than my main which was a new one for me. We had 3 courses each and one drink each, the wine recommended to me was okay. It was Chardonnay but I wouldn’t have that one again. Food was very flavour just needed more of it when it came to the mains. Starter and desert were very nice and good portion sizes. Would definitely come back again when next in the area.

I often go to Rosso whether for lunch, dinner or just a coffee. I enjoy sitting outside and people watch. I love tagliolini with tomato sauce. The fennel salad s equally good.

Absolutely sensational meal. Hard to find anything to fault, really. Top quality ingredients, cooked with creativity and excellence. Ate there last night with family and all of us agreed we hadn't had such a superb meal in years. A real treat. Hope to be back there very soon..

Amazing food. Terrible seats, more suitable for primary school age children. The staff could be trained to keep a better eye on the floor, so customers get quicker attention. Seems odd that the restaurant design has been so well thought out, such a nice ambiance though those awful seats !

Fine and innovative Italian cuisine in a relaxed and tastefully decorated setting. Very helpful, friendly and commercial staff. The wine list is a trove for wine lovers, at reasonable prices. The grocery shop is also worth a stop!
