The Engleside Inn, located in Beach Haven, New Jersey, not only provides its guests with excellent lodging, but it also contains the Leeward Room for fine dining. This on-site restaurant has made a name for itself over the years as one of the finest in the Long Beach islands area. There is also a bar in this restaurant within the Engleside Inn where guests can select from an excellent list of wines and liquors. Premium steaks are a big part of the draw at the Leeward Room at the Engleside Inn. You can find many other examples of fine American cuisine on the menu, such as the scallops encrusted with wasabi or the chicken breast glazed in ginger.

My husband and I had an Amazing Dinner . I had 2 lobster tails they were delicious, My husband had the pork Chop said it was incredible. Drinks were delicious. and dessert incredible! Cheryl was our server very professional and was extremely nice !!!

On a Friday night, we sat at a standard table in bar area, near fireplace. Promptly seated for 6pm reservation. Server, pleasant and speedy. Took drink orders, gave us time to peruse menu and make selections. Didn't hover. Bread and little muffins are always good. Salads were great. Dinner selections enjoyed by all. Really nice return to LBI after winter.

Always enjoy the sushi here. Fresh and delicious. We return quite often for the anbiance and food.

great food with excellent service. an enjoyable evening but i just wish that it would be easier to get here during the season from the north end of the island.

Excellent bread, clams casino and salad. Crab cakes were blah. All the taste was in the tartar sauce.

The food is always on point, and the service is always great! Especially Doriann. The drinks are always great as well. This is the most consistent go to restaurant in the area and never disapoints.

Wait staff goes out of their way to ensure you have the best dining experience. This visit it was Willa. Chris will welcome you at the door if he is not busy in the room. Never a bad meal.

Place is a gem. Staff is equally as superb as the food. Has an old school Jersey shore feel that my family loves. Anything in menu won’t disappoint and plates are large so come hungry. Enjoy!
