Now Accepting Reservations For July 9th and beyond,
The crew from Northside Bistro are now going to provide some amazing Italian cuisine, Top notch Steaks, and delightful seafood. Expect to see some of the great cooks and friendly staff you expect at Northside along with some great new team members we are excited to introduce to the area.
Chef John and his team are excited to bring you some takes on classic Italian cuisine along with some expected twists and turns to keep things current and we will always hunt for the highest quality ingredients we can find. Service promises to be warm and inviting never taking our focus off the details that matter while still keeping it fun and light hearted.
The decor here at Encore is a polished but comfy, the environment will create great energy and a sense of community but still provide some romantic corners for a Romantic evening with loved ones.
Carol and John are so excited to bring their second offering to the North Raleigh area!

This was our first time eating at Encore, although we had been to their other property Northside Bistro many times. The food was outstanding, everything from the oysters appetizer to the fresh bread, to the tasty entrées. And the chess pie for dessert was delicious. Our server was fantastic and chef John came out to see us a number of times to make sure we were enjoying our meal. Really outstanding service and food, and nice environment for a great date night or special occasion.

Encore is simple the best food offered in Wake Forest area…..bar none. It is head and shoulders above the restaurant it replaced, Bruno’s.

We ate at the bar and the bartender Will was so friendly and attentive. There were four of us and mostly we really liked our meals. A little overseasoned for me for the entree. Desserts were delicious as well. Would try it again and order something a little plainer

Visiting from the Philadelphia area, which has many of the best eating establishments on the east coast. Encore Ristorante fare goes way above any in Philly. Chef Josh knows how to season and cook to perfection. The tuna had a perfectly seared exterior while still retaining the steak like texture of a wonderful filet mignon in the middle. The Italian dishes were not simply pastas and sauce. Each had a unique spin of goodness! Loved my grandma but no way could she match “Grandmas Sunday Gravy”.Portions are ample, Drinks are unique. Our server Sam, she was warm and welcoming. Wish we lived here so we could become regulars.

encore is a worthy replacement for bruno's - service (shoutout to michael ;~) and food were excellent - please be aware that while some menu items posted online are not necessarily available (they should keep menu updated), there were actually a lot more menu items than appear online

We were a table of four and each ordered a different meal and then we sampled. Everyone agreed EVERY dish was excellent. So pleased to see that the pasta was cooked al dente which often doesn’t occur in Italian restaurants here. Michael, our waiter, was very helpful in describing particulars of a few dishes we had questions about. The ambiance was perfect. You can talk without being drowned out by load music. Overall a wonderful evening.

Great and attentive service. Really appreciate the care of the whole staff to make sure it’s a great experience. The quality and presentation of the courses was served with great attention to detail.

Chicken Marsala was on point -chicken was cooked perfectly and the Marsala sauce was decadent. We ordered a side of pasta with EVOO, garlic and parmesan and it was fabulous! To me it screams true Italian when a restaurant recognizes the significance of a "plain" pasta side and takes the cooking and presentation of it seriously. Dessert was a warmed chocolate cherry bread pudding. The chocolate oozed- need I say more?
