   Food is absolutely incredible every time. There is nothing bad on the menu. Servers are very kind and personable as well. some of my favorite restaurants in Dallas.

   Encina’s brunch is Amazing! Their quiche and blue corn pancakes are beyond delicious. Service is very good.

   Excellent food and service. The blue corn pancakes lived up to the hype and our waitress was lovely.

   The server didn’t have great energy with our table. We had a reservation and when we walked in we weren’t acknowledged. It was a bit confusing where we needed to check in as well, but no one was around to seat us. Once we paid for our bill and left a tip I feel as if the server saw it was more than a 30% tip we left to her which honestly wasn’t deserved. We handed it to her in cash and she suddenly had a smile and actually acknowledged us. I don’t think it’s worth it honestly.
