   Wonderful food and ambience. Lack of waitstaff on a busy night caused delays in food ordering and delivery. Took 30 minutes to get a slice of pie after it was ordered. Expect 1-1/2 - 2 hours for a completed dining experience.

   We had a great time! the waitress Ari? was so cute and attentive. Loved the food and the ambience.

   Absolutely love the ambience and food and whole experience!! My only suggestion is to request round plates instead of the leaf plates with the fondue. Leaf plates just are little off balance.

   We went on a Sunday because they were supposed to have Irish music—— we were really looking forward to it—— but they said the band decided not to come that night. I was excited to show my friends the cool decor and the lit up tables—- but our table was broken and although I made reservations weeks ago—- they said we couldn’t switch table to the empty one next to us because it was reserved. Very disappointing 😕

   My sister and I had a fun time. It is a fun themed meal event. The wait staff was dressed in character. The sparkling lights and ambiance was fun. I enjoyed the food. Something different than burgers, sandwiches and pizza. Very enjoyable!

   Amazing experience!! The food was delicious, service was off the charts! Can't wait to go back! We all had the best time. The only thing I recommend is a party of 12 adults in the cathedral room is extremely tight especially the two at the end in front of the wood beam "tree trunk." Thank you for the enchanted experience.

   This was our second visit to Enchanted Forest. Our first one was very enjoyable. It was just myself and my husband celebrating our anniversary. We enjoyed the complete fondue experience. We went back with a party of 7 and two small kids to celebrate a birthday in the family. I had high expectations after the first visit being so wonderful. We were squished in a booth that was designed for 6. I am partially at fault for that, but figured we could put the two year old in a high chair on the end. However, 4 adults across each side of the booth is not doable at all. The main entrees we ordered we all very good and mostly worth the price. However, the kids meal for $25 was way overpriced. Three of us ordered the dessert fondue. This was highly disappointing. When I look at what we got for $57 it actually upsets me. Nothing on the platter was house made. They were all purchased cookies, including mini caramel rice cakes. The fruit was fresh and delicious and the dark chocolate was amazing. Not worth the price at all though. Save your money and do not order just the dessert fondue for $19/person. The boat of items to dip wasn't nearly enough for 3 people at that price. Service was friendly but very slow.

   We love this place! The fondue courses are so much fun. We usually get the cheese fondue, a salad to split, and the chocolate fondue.

    The restaurant environment, staff and food were excellent. None of my party of 6 had any complaints. The only reason I didn’t give a full five stars on the food was probably personal preference in that I didn’t enjoy a few of the mead drinks in the flight, but the food itself was very satisfying. I’d recommend a visit to this restaurant if you haven’t been before.
