Food was very good, service was great! Waitstaff was very on top of things (refilling drinks, clearing table, etc.). Our waiter (Archie I think?) was very friendly. A bit of a strange thing... every time I or my sons had to use the restroom, the staff told us to go to the hotel next door and use the restroom in the hotel lobby. The restaurant and the hotel were connected, but still.... does the restaurant not have its own restroom? So that was a bit odd. The food is very high quality and tasty, very well prepared. It is a little pricey though! My son ordered a surf and turf (8 oz filet and a lobster tail) and the price was $115! For the prices, I am surprised that the entrees did not come with at least one side included (who doesn't order a side with their steak, right?). Anyway, it's a good steakhouse and I am sure I will come here again if celebrating a special occasion.

The service and food were phenomenal. Me and my date had a wonderful time. It was her birthday weekend so I asked if they could put a candle on her dessert. They did just that and sang to her. Highly recommend going if you love high quality steak and seafood. A great spot for special occasions.

Food- standard but okay compared to the top end steak houses- menu description not accurate - for example strip steak comes sliced. Settings- no dedicated bathrooms - you have to out into the neighbor hotel to access one(was flithy, no toilet paper, only has one at a time) Service - okay, even though was slow, server didn’t pick up the check even though we were in a hurry. Servers were all casually chatting w each other. Overall- it’s a chain and they had wide availability but not a true steak experience (ie Gallaghers, Del Frisco, etc). Good if you’re in a rush but not a memorable place at all despite the reviews.

I travel to NYC often for work and always stop by the Empire Steakhouse for dinner or an after-work drink. The management and staff are excellent! Everyone is warm and friendly and make guests feel comfortable. Besmir is a wonderful manager and members of his staff like Tamara, Antim, Bojana and Enmond always make me feel at home. My travels take me back to NYC often in the months to come and I will be sure to stop by the Empire Steakhouse to say hello to my new friends!

We ate at a high-top in the bar. Service was attentive and pleasant, and nobody rushed us. Food was great - we actually had seafood but the tuna and halibut entrees were fresh and delicious. Manager came over to chat and to make sure we were enjoying ourselves.

Wait staff were very attentive, accommodating, professional, and friendly. Bathroom access was through the adjacent hotel lobby, which was a little inconvenient - even more so when the bathroom was out of service and I had to travel a couple of floors to find a working restroom. Other than that, it was fantastic. I will absolutely recommend to others and will definitely return
