Outstanding service - the manager and all staff are attentive and kind, and try to make their guests happy! Amazing steak - so tasty! The ambience is great too - nice atmosphere and you can enjoy conversation. Highly recommended!

The filet had a delicious char on the outside. Creamed spinach wasn’t overly creamy. Mashed potatoes were perfect. Would have loved to get dessert but we were STUFFED! We also shared the seafood appetizer with stuffed shells, stuffed mushrooms and shrimp. Delicious! Staff was friendly and accommodating. Would definitely go back!

What's beautiful evening I had here! I came in a solo date just for an evening dinner after a day of work and I couldn't have picked a better spot. Located near Times Square and in the heart of the theatre district it's a perfect place if you're catching a play or spending time in the area. The staff was the best! Everyone was so nice, checked on me often and we actually shared some good conversations. The food came out in perfect timing each and every time and everything was so delicious! I highly recommend Empire Steakhouse and will definitely be returning!

I am a huge steak fan from UK. Perfectly cooked. The Alabanian manager and his amazing waiter from Montenegro provided the best customer service my partner and I had experienced in our 5 days in NYC. Fabulous surrounding. Authentic experience. The only time in my life when paying a tip was an absolute pleasure!!!! Thank you

I enjoyed dinner with my 16 year old daughter, the Cesar salad, the house fries and the filet mignon were delicious. The ambiance was great and the service as well as the manager were amazing.

Wonderful experience given attentive, friendly, and genuine service first attitude of all staff. Steaks were awesome and perfectly cooked. Oysters fresh and crab cake starter excellent. Only disappointment was the sides. Bread was good, but foil wrapped butter pads were a surprise. Baked potatoes were clearly microwaved, either in whole or to finish and bowl of melted butter for potatoes left my half in a puddle. Mushrooms were cooked well, but lacked any seasoning. Pleasant surprise was an on the house cheesecake (delicious) and a robust happy birthday serenade for my spouse — forgot I listed birthday as special occasion in the reservation! Also, be aware. Beer and wine only. Don’t think I have ever been in a steakhouse without cocktails!
