The pizza was okay, but the drinks were overpriced and not very good. The service was awful. The waitress was extremely slow and couldn't answer simple yes/no questions without rambling for 2-4 minutes. Getting water took 15 minutes. The hostess didn't greet us or even speak. i waited a minute and then said excuse me so she'd put her phone down. She ignored us on the way out, too. She seemed unable to give straight answers. She also had a very fake personality. At one point she threw a father's day card at me and mumbled Happy Father's Day. Very rude. Also, I'm not a father. Why make such prejudicial assumptions? And why waste money and natural resources making cards for everyone? This does not persuade us that you "really care." it just makes the place seem very fake and manipulative.

Enjoyed dinner our casual dinner at Emmy’s Squared. I think they might make the best gluten free pizza in the DMV. Cocktails weren’t great the margarita and oli’s folly were too sweet, barely drinkable. Our server, Troy was appropriately attentive and charming.

Nice location in Alexandria. We were quickly seated with a reservation. The server was prompt and the food was quick to arrive. I did feel that the acoustic level inside of the restaurant was not ideal, it was difficult to talk with other people in your party. I also felt the food was mediocre (3 out of 5) as the pizza reminded me of Pizza Hut or Domino’s pan pizza which isn’t bad, but doesn’t raise the bar.

The service and management outstanding. Especially the manager who helped us out with the birthday party. She really made my daughter's day! Food was also fantastic. Overall, top notch!
