Emmitt’s Vegas, founded by Emmitt Smith, is a Modern American Restaurant positioned at the frontage of Fashion Show Las Vegas on the renowned Las Vegas Strip. The service was on point and we even had a visit from Chef during our meal. The drink selection and menu were great!

Great food and service. The steak was a great cut of meat, the sides tasty, and old fashioned delicious. The only knock would be the dining room layout, it’s quite close to the bar and not a great date spot. The private rooms looked nice, that could be their angle.

We had a party of 14. We were seated immediately for our reservation. Remy sauce is amazing and the food was delicious.

Great. Good food and staff. Not very busy that night so noise was low. Recommend as a great place for dinner on the strip.

Our first time eating at this restaurant abs the food was delicious. We celebrated our daughter 23rd birthday and the staff was amazing. We had the shrimp appetizer,ribeye steak chicken and porkchops everything was great. The butter cake stole the show awesome. If you haven't been there go you will not be disappointed. Thank you my daughter was overjoyed with her birthday dinner and dessert.

First time here, and excited for the chance to try a new steakhouse in Las Vegas on our annual guys-trip. We arrived early, and found seats at the bar for a pre-dinner cocktail. Bartender was excellent. Knowledgable and friendly, offering selection options, samples, and some good stories. We ordered the ribeye, fillet, sea bass, and lobster, with asparagus and potatoes for sides. All the food was excellent, and cooked as ordered, except some found the asparagus was slightly undercooked and some found that sauce should have been served on the side. Our server, Bernadette, was friendly and welcoming. Our only complaint was that she was rushed, and we felt it. She and a runner would arrive at he table to clear plates and glasses, and it felt like a pit-crew at the F1 race. Decor is nice and modern, brighter than most steakhouses. Tablecloths would have elevated the tables a bit, as they did not feel as upscale as the rest of the decor. Volume level is high, due to open kitchen, tight layout and reflective materials, but not too loud that it was an issue for anyone. Because the dining room essentially surrounds the bar, the TVs at the bar are visible throughout. All four of us agreed that we would welcome the opportunity to come back again, as the positives far outweigh any issues we had.

Had dinner at Emmitt’s. Located in the Fashion Mall. Would not have known of the restaurant but I googled new restaurants. The restaurant has a nice patio and tastefully decorated. Loved the “old school” R&B playing. My friend and I ordered Paloma’s, the pull apart bread and Cajun shrimp as appetizers. The shrimp were so huge that we had difficulty picking them up with the serving spoon. We ordered the seabass for dinner (it comes on a bed of sauteed spinach) and the butter cake with ice cream and caramel sauce for dessert. The entire experience was outstanding. Succulent seafood, butter cake was to die for. The spinach could’ve used more salt however I used some of the miso glaze from the seabass to give it more flavor. I am a foodie and I would definitely recommend Emmitt’s if you are looking for a great fine dining experience in a classy environment.
