Emmitt’s Vegas, founded by Emmitt Smith, is a Modern American Restaurant positioned at the frontage of Fashion Show Las Vegas on the renowned Las Vegas Strip.     I booked Emmitt’s out of reading reviews online being a newer restaurant in Vegas. I wanted to try new spots while my husband and I were on our honeymoon. The staple items were phenomenal—the tenderloin, crab cakes, and asparagus were delicious. The Mac-n-cheese was a bit over-cooked, but that’s the only thing that wasn’t great. You MUST order the butter cake!!! Don’t skip this new spot in Vegas. You won’t be disappointed!

    I had to send my steak back 2 times to be fixed. The last time it came back super well done but I ate it. All the starters and side were amazing. The main dishes were ok. Nigh our server was really good!

    The food was amazing. The service was spot on. We will be visiting again, our family will be in Las Vegas in February, so we will be back to enjoy the amazing food!!

    Food was good, service was average. Server had very little customer care and seemed to have little passion for overall customer experience.

    We are big Emmitt Smith fans so my youngest son and I decided to go. The restaurant was a little difficult to find and was set in a touristy area surrounded by outside vendors (ice. cream shop etc.). However, once I walked inside the ambience changed to a more expected decor. We were greeted right away by the hostess and seated within 2 minutes or less. The lighting and design layout was nice. Our waitress, Bernadette, was very attentive and personable. The attention to service was great. We had the Wagyu and the 32 day Ribeye. Absolutely perfect. The sides were just as expected. We had the butter cake for dessert. The price was as expected. From $-$$$, it was a $$$. Still, I do not regret it at all. Now for the other side. Not really a setting for me to take my wife for a special occasion. It still had the touristy feel. Not by fault of the restaurant but maybe because of the location and cliental. I have been in Vegas many times and there are other restaurants I have been in that made us feel we were the only ones there. I truly believe it was the cliental and that it is perfect spot for dinner with the fellas. I was there on a Thursday night around 5:00 pm - 7:00 pm. So to summarize, Great place for fans of Emmitt and the boys; not so much for that special place for the two of you. Take the guys or boys.

    We asked to be seated near a television so we could watch the World Series and they kindly obliged. The bartender worked with us on our Old Fashions since we each wanted different versions. We had the chicken and baby potatoes and it was delicious! We also had the Parker Rolls, Caesar Salad, and mashed potatoes- also great. And because we were celebrating our birthdays, they brought us a cake with a cool sparkler candle. Friendly staff, beautiful restaurant, great food. Can’t beat that!

    DO NOT EAT AT THIS RESTAURANT. We have eaten at hundreds of places since joining OpenTable at its inception and this was by far the worst experience ever. They didn’t get a single thing right. Cocktail sauce with the Shrimp cocktail was so spicy as to be inedible. Steak was so fatty it was also inedible. They wanted $8 for bread which we declined. Ordered Bernaise sauce for the steak which was a yellow gelatinous foul-tasting glop. The only saving grace was our waitress who was very sweet. Then the icing on the cake was they overcharged us for drinks we never had. The place was deserted and now we know why.
