Our waiter’s service was subpar. We had to ask the waiter a few times about things, reminding him of requests that he forgot about, That in and of itself is terrible, especially when you charge an automatic 20% gratuity regardless of table size because there was only 2 of us. 😳 There is no handicap parking/accessibility options which I learned is being addressed. The food is very over priced for portion size. The eggs for brunch I can tell are higher quality because I am particular about eggs. which this was a plus. Nice presentation of food and ambiance decor. Drinks are also over priced- a 5oz mimosa glass is $16. A carafe of mimosa is $75, while most other places charge 60% less than that. No menu items for people with dietary allergies or restrictions or destination on the limited menu. The manager was very accommodating in the end. If all you want is Instagram and social media photos then go here while operational and service management links are still being worked out and developed.

It was great! Usually do tea at the St. Regis but wanted to test out somewhere new. You really get all that you pay for. Along with the tea tower you get two extra dishes and three whole pots of tea. Wait staff was nice and didn’t hover, stayed the full two hours and didn’t want to leave!

The staff made me and my friends feel so beautiful upon arrival. Everyone was so kind the chair are comfy sat there for three house and it was absolutely divine. We enjoyed the tea service with three tea selections included all tasted so good and the tea tower was delicious from savory to sweet there was something for everyone. We all left extremely satisfied and a comfortable full. There were also two other courses included everything was great and ambience was amazing.

We had afternoon high tea. Service was excellent. Food and tea were so good. You will not go home hungry. Restaurant was lovely.

Quiet but needed a pillow to sit. Chairs are so low. Tea came out lukewarm. Food good but a bowl of shepherds pie and a cup of tea with my friend at $100 is ridiculous!

We were disappointed with our experience at Emma Jane’s. My daughter and I both ordered the high tea, which should have come with three different teapots. However, the waiter only brought one, and we had to ask for the other two pots three times. They finally arrived with our last course. We frequently enjoy high tea and know that all items should be served together or at least at the beginning. Additionally, my daughter didn’t like the tea that was brought in the beginning, so she didn't have a cup tea until just a few minutes before we left. Each tea order includes several tea sandwiches, two scones per person, and sweets. Unfortunately, our waiter brought out only two scones instead of the four we were supposed to have. He explained that they were making more and that he would bring the remaining scones out soon. By the end of the fourth course (there were five in total), the waiter finally brought out the missing scones, but he only had one type available because Emma Jane had run out of the other scones that were meant to be served. We appreciated that the manager stopped by to talk to us, and he was very nice. However, given the multiple issues we encountered and the subpar sandwiches, we don’t plan on returning.

Beautiful little place very tasteful done. Nice china and tea towers also! Service with Stephan was excellent and the food was a nice mix of savory and sweet tea sandwiches, scones and tarts. The bread pudding at the end was just enough to not make me feel like I overate. Will definitely be back!

Amazing experience here. Great food and exceptional service. Adorable and peaceful atmosphere. Our server, Tanzania, was excellent.
