Quiet but needed a pillow to sit. Chairs are so low. Tea came out lukewarm. Food good but a bowl of shepherds pie and a cup of tea with my friend at $100 is ridiculous!

We were disappointed with our experience at Emma Jane’s. My daughter and I both ordered the high tea, which should have come with three different teapots. However, the waiter only brought one, and we had to ask for the other two pots three times. They finally arrived with our last course. We frequently enjoy high tea and know that all items should be served together or at least at the beginning. Additionally, my daughter didn’t like the tea that was brought in the beginning, so she didn't have a cup tea until just a few minutes before we left. Each tea order includes several tea sandwiches, two scones per person, and sweets. Unfortunately, our waiter brought out only two scones instead of the four we were supposed to have. He explained that they were making more and that he would bring the remaining scones out soon. By the end of the fourth course (there were five in total), the waiter finally brought out the missing scones, but he only had one type available because Emma Jane had run out of the other scones that were meant to be served. We appreciated that the manager stopped by to talk to us, and he was very nice. However, given the multiple issues we encountered and the subpar sandwiches, we don’t plan on returning.

Beautiful little place very tasteful done. Nice china and tea towers also! Service with Stephan was excellent and the food was a nice mix of savory and sweet tea sandwiches, scones and tarts. The bread pudding at the end was just enough to not make me feel like I overate. Will definitely be back!

Amazing experience here. Great food and exceptional service. Adorable and peaceful atmosphere. Our server, Tanzania, was excellent.

This was my first experience at Emma Jane and will not be my last. The staff was knowledgeable about everything on the menu. We started with the seasonal Winter tea and had a chance to scent sample their entire line of teas thanks to Neal. In our party of 3, we shared the beef empanadas—the perfect combination of crispy and tender. Our 3 entrees were the Emma Jane burger, the Monte Cristo, and the Steak and Eggs. We ended with the Cream Earl Grey which was a perfect end to the meal. I think I found my go-to restaurant for 2025! Made reservations next week for the tea service experience. Can't wait!

Delicious foods, pleasing ambience, courteous staffs, and very accommodating manager; a definite destination for tea- the peppermint chocolate scone is praise worthy.

I had high hopes for Emma Jane, but unfortunately, it fell far short of expectations. We made an OpenTable reservation, but upon arrival, we discovered the table we reserved didn’t even exist. The restaurant did try to contact us beforehand, but the unfamiliar number went unanswered. Once we arrived, we were seated on the patio. Service was slow from the start—our request for coffee took ages, and when it finally came, it was cold. The waiter promised a fresh brew, but that also took too long and tasted no better than gas station coffee. The food was equally disappointing—uninspired and lacking in flavor. To make matters worse, it felt like we were forgotten entirely at times. The combination of poor service and subpar food sealed the deal: we won’t be coming back.
