Created Tom Hill and Clare Lattin of Ducksoup in Soho and Little Duck in Hackney, Emilia is their version of a small Italian Osteria (transported to the Devonshire countryside) serving seasonal, everyday Italian inspired dishes using locally grown ingredients. Tom oversees the menu and together they cook and share a love for Italian food and natural wine. The dining room is hosted by Lucy Mastroddi and Paul Seckler along with Alice Phillips.

    Really enjoyed the food and even though the place is small it doesn’t feel cramped at all. Would recommend just ordering everything in the menu and sharing it as portions are delicate and mix well together especially the starters. The starters and mains are the stars the desserts are just nice. Another place following the trend that adds 12.5% tip on to the bill, makes it easier to pay but takes away the chance to make the gesture for the good service. Came away very satisfied.

    Great food and service …… a hidden gem for the area and we will definitely be coming back. The table in the centre of the restaurant a great hosting spot for 6-8 friends Thanks Mark

    This was the first chance I had to eat at Emilia’s and enjoy a glass of wine or two and it was worth the wait.

    Delicious food from a short menu The restaurant is small but friendly and well staffed The food is exceptional It is justifiably expensive as the quality of every item is very high A real treat. We have been repeatedly and never been disappointed

    Our table was lucky enough to have Jessica looking after us. She did an outstanding job - friendly, cheerful all together very positive. On top of it the food was simply delicious. Well done Emilia!
