Created Tom Hill and Clare Lattin of Ducksoup in Soho and Little Duck in Hackney, Emilia is their version of a small Italian Osteria (transported to the Devonshire countryside) serving seasonal, everyday Italian inspired dishes using locally grown ingredients. Tom oversees the menu and together they cook and share a love for Italian food and natural wine. The dining room is hosted by Lucy Mastroddi and Paul Seckler along with Alice Phillips.

    Incredible on every level, everyone should experience Emilia. From start to finish this place had us, the look, the feel, the ambiance and of course the stunning food and drink. Please keep doing what you’re doing guys, it truly is a beautiful thing! Bravo!

    Lovely food great to able to see the competent chefs at work. The food delivered unusual combinations that worked.

    Fabulous vegetarian food - we ate fabulous fresh bread with peppery olive oil and pickled chunky courgette slices replete with garlic and dainty touch of chilli, followed by a dish of fresh pappardelle with runner beans and peas, accompanied by the softest succulent chickpeas and giant wedges of firm stewed tomatoes. Accompanied by the intriguingly refreshing Botivo drink served over ice, this was a delightful fresh and tasty and filling lunch. We can’t wait to return and try the desserts and more delicious Italian inspired food. Meraviglioso!

    Beautiful, cosy restaurant. Food was incredible and the chefs were very knowledgeable and happy to talk us through the preparation of each dish. High quality fixtures and fittings and romantic lighting. Perfect for a date night! We cannot wait to return.

    We sat at the counter top right in the action of the chefs preparing the food. There was lots of energy and atmosphere. Great food.
