Emeril Lagasse’s first French-inspired restaurant concept—Emeril’s Brasserie, will bring the signature Creole flavors he is famous for to classic French-inspired dishes. The restaurant will encompass brunch and dinner dining options and delicious cocktails. Diners can enjoy their meal in a luxurious brasserie-inspired dining room, at the bar, or outdoors on the terrace to take in the sights of the famed French Quarter. The restaurant is accessible from both the casino floor for guests at least 21 and Canal Street for all ages.

SPECIAL NOTE: Guests under the age of 21 are not allow to walk through the casino and must enter at the Canal Street entrance.

Food and services excellent! Had the mussels which were delicious. Our server, very pregnant Lavira I think her name was. She was FABULOUS, courteous, professional, fun and efficient! The Chef even came to our table. We will definitely return

My Wife and I ate Dinner at Emerils @ Caesers tonight. Our Waitress Ariana and her Co-Workers did a Great job ! We enjoyed the Food, Drinks and ambiance. We will return the next time we’re in New Orleans.

The overall experience was OK, and I will return. The casino was in sight from restaurant tables which lessened the experience. The onion soup was wonderful and the lobster pot pie was good.

Food was fine, but not the level one would expect from an Emeril’s restaurant. Guess it’s okay-ish because it’s a casino restaurant.

Fantastic meal. The chef sent out marinated crab claws and they were incredible! Great atmosphere and staff was great. Loved it!

Our waitress was amazing and kind. The appetizer of the gruyere tarte was very tasty. We then waited for 1 1/2 hours to receive our main course. Our medium rare steaks were blue rare. We sent them back and they returned ice cold, and still blue rare. The other items on the plate were not reheated or replaced. At that point, 2 hours had passed and we were unimpressed, frustrated and for $80 US an entrée, the final straw was broken. We told the staff we were leaving and that was it. Of course we didn’t pay for anything. Customers at two other tables around us returned, pork chops, and salmon. That was the first and last experience with this restaurant. Too bad we had high hopes and considering Emeril was there himself that evening, we were actually excited. Use your own risk!

We went at 7:00 on a Monday night. We were seated immediately & our server didn’t tell us about all the items they ran out of until we tried to order to an appetizer. She asked us if we had any questions. We asked her about the lobster pot pie & she said she only had one order left. I got the last one & it was delicious. I asked to speak to a manager & she said I am the “supervisor”. I asked why no specials & how could they run out of all these item at 7:00. She said they had a very busy weekend and unfortunately ran out of the food. The gentleman sitting next to us, a three top when they found out all the food items that weren’t available. They got up and left. They went to Ruth’s Chris. We have eaten and many of Emeri’s restaurants throughout the country. This by far was the most disappointing experience we’ve had.

During our meal, some manager started talking over the PA system, loud enough that we couldn’t keep conversing. He was talking about some cruise for casino customers, some sort of marketing pitch apparently. It went on and on and completely ruined our evening. When I complained, they comped us one glass of wine, ( total, not each), hardly significant for a meal that cost close to $100 each. I will never go back

Food was excellent! Service was great. We sat outside-the weather was beautiful and although the street was a bit noisy- the dinner was lovely.
