Emerge was established in February of 2019. This restaurant focuses on steak and features wagyu, full blood wagyu, 100% grass fed as well as in house dry aged steaks. Emerge can feature up to 10 steaks of various cuts at anyone time. Although a steakhouse Emerge doesn’t leave anyone behind. It really does have something for everyone. Using mainly proteins, vegetables and local artisan suppliers, the simplicity of the menu is naturally driven towards being gluten free. For this reason, Emerge is a popular location for coeliacs to safely dine. Although we refer to Emerge as using simple ingredients flavour is not lacking!

Emerge is a sister venue to the c up-and-coming restaurant Conclude.

Emerge is not fine dining but something special. The atmosphere is warm and friendly yet moody and intimate. Open lunch & dinner Monday- Saturday, book on in and enjoy!

Great food and service, might seem expensive at first, but compared to a Big Mac!? A 90g mince beef patty (questionable quality) costs $7.90 with a fantastic sallad and bread roll 🤔. Multiplied by 3.33 to get 300g costs $26. A locally produced 300g scotch fillet costs $54. (No sallad or bread roll) I don’t know about you, but I know which I would prefer and at the same time supporting a local businesses.

OMG it was mouth-watering food cooked to perfection and Service was prompt & knowledgeable Our go to Steak Restaurant worth the trip to Geelong.

Food is good but for the prices being paid it could be better in terms of overall experience, as it fails in terms of ambience.

This restaurant ticks all the boxes. Attentive staff, great service and the food was excellent. Will definitely be a repeat customer and would highly recommend….whether for a nice night out or a special occasion
