Embers is the newest addition to the Turks and Caicos restaurant scene, bringing a fresh, new approach to dining in Grace Bay. Our menu is unique and modern, combining Asian influence and Mediterranean flair with local ingredients and flavours. And, of course, we’ve got a fantastic selection of handcrafted cocktails, spirits, and boutique wines to complement your meal.

Discover umami-rich plates, pasture-raised proteins, smoke-infused vegetable preparations and innovative desserts. Owner and Executive Chef James Van Dyke, with his extensive culinary background in the United States, Bahamas, and Turks and Caicos, combines his passion and expertise, bringing Embers to life.

    good vibe nice lighting. located in Grace Bay area. the open kitchen is interesting to watch. the food was delicious and came out quickly and was the perfect temperature. our waitress was attentive and very friendly.

    Excellent meal. Service was friendly and attentive. We had the steak. Cooked perfectly. Portion size is good and more than enough for us to share our entree and several small plates. We would highly recommend

    Went there twice during our stay. We were lucky to see a great guitarist the first time. The lamb was to die for. Great meal. Manager Edwin very pleasant.

    We read good things about the food so decided to try it. Seating is on a covered patio with a small Indoor area too. Open kitchen which was cool to watch. We Shared the lobster dumplings, steamed, and a romaine salad which was like a Caesar. Both delicious. The. We tried the bass special which was also delicious. The place got very busy about the time we were served our entree and we didn’t see our server again for about 40 minutes. Another person eventually came over to see if we wanted dessert or another drink. We did. Someone else brought them to us which may have been the intention but we Felt kind of abandoned. The couple Next to us felt the same way. Overall the food was great but the service is lacking. When you’re spending 250 for 2 People I think the service should be More attentive.

    This was our first time to the relatively new restaurant on T&C. We are so glad we tried it & will definitely keep it in our rotation of restaurants to eat at when we there. We were treated by the owner who was super friendly. As was our waitress! The 20oz. ribeye my husband and I shared was fabulous! It was cooked exactly to our specifications and the sides were delicious as well. We ordered the apple fritters for dessert and were pleasantly surprised how good it was! The place has a great vibe! Thanks for a great meal. Will definitely be back when we return in January!

    I personally didn’t like the food it is mostly smoked and I couldn’t eat the skirt steak. The server was terrible we waited so long for everything. The salad was delicious. And the apple dumpling for dessert was good. It was super loud because they had an event going on . The chef was nice and gave us a round of drinks because before we got to Turks we had a reservation for high top tables inside but that had to be changed because of the event. But besides that it wasn’t for me we have had such great food in Turks.

    Best meal we’ve had on the island for a long time. We had the beef carpaccio and the burrata to start and then the tuna and the hanger steak for dinner. Fabulous!
