Chef Cary Roy ensures every detail exceeds expectations with carefully-curated menus featuring dry-aged Flannery Ribeye, Tomahawk, New York Strip, and Porterhouse cuts, as well as succulent Iberian Pork Chop. Impeccable service in our modern surroundings makes Ember the hottest reservation for sizzling steaks and evening elixirs.

Parking: You are welcome to self park or to valet at the Reserve, located at 850 Bordeaux Way. We are just a short walk to the Grand Lawn.

The food was amazing!!! Best steaks I've had in a long time. The Pave' potatoes are so good and unique. The wait staff were very attentive and so friendly. Definitely recommend even if you are staying at the Meritage.

The service was top notch and the food was cooked perfectly. Both our steaks were delicious- tipping our hats to the chef. The only aspect of the restaurant that wasn’t as great as we had hoped was the ambiance and aesthetics. All the greenery was plastic and poorly displayed. But that is quite picky, I know. Actual potted plants at the entry would have brought a nice touch to the place though. Overall, we went there for the food and were not disappointed. A great small group gathering place, just not as good for a date night as the tables are huge and lack that intimate feel.

We recently dined here, and overall, it was a great experience. The food was well-prepared, and the service was attentive and friendly, adding to a pleasant evening. Our appetizers and sides were delicious, and my entrée was spot-on. However, my husband’s steak was a bit too charred for his liking, which slightly overshadowed an otherwise tasty meal. Despite that, we enjoyed our time and would definitely consider returning, perhaps with a specific request on the steak preparation next time.

Bryce was our server and he was amazing! Very engaging, knowledgeable about the menu, and he provide great suggestions that enhanced our experience. The entire staff including the manager acknowledged us and wished me happy birthday. It wasn’t just a dinner but a culinary experience. The A5 Wagu Steak was dry aged, succulent and delicious. The presentation of the appetizer was gorgeous. Everything we had was artfully presented, incredibly flavorful, and of the highest quality.

My wife and I came here for our honeymoon. We were regular patrons of The Village Bistro, and were so excited to try Ember Steak. It did not disappoint. The reservation process was so easy, the remodel looked beautiful, and the service we received from Bryce, our server, and all the hosts and bussers, was truly exceptional. They were all so friendly and polite, and made our honeymoon extra special. The food was so delicious, from the appetizers and cocktails, to the entrees and dessert. I cannot recommend Ember Steak highly enough, it surpassed all of our expectations and we will definitely be coming back very soon to try more of the menu!

Food was delicious! I recommend the 30-year LArmanfnac and peppercorn sauce. Do not get the Parker House Rolls - they're Meh :(

This place totally lived up to the hype! The food was amazing, and they had a great wine selection. Service was friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere was really cool. Definitely recommend checking it out!
