Chef Cary Roy ensures every detail exceeds expectations with carefully-curated menus featuring dry-aged Flannery Ribeye, Tomahawk, New York Strip, and Porterhouse cuts, as well as succulent Iberian Pork Chop. Parking: You are welcome to self park or to valet at the Reserve, located at 850 Bordeaux Way. We are just a short walk to the Grand Lawn.

The food was on point. Ordered the garlic rolls, beef tartare, ribeye, mashed potatoes & the Oscar on top. Not one bad dish!

Overall our food was very good. I had pike which was cooked just right, flaky and not over seasoned. My husband had the pork chop which was also cooked just right. It was juicy and flavorful, but could have used a light sauce. The service was just ok. I understand our waiter was busy, but we had to flag him down to order our entrees. We were also disappointed with the table. We were a party of four, but the round table was set for six. Once the extra place settings were removed, it felt as though the table was half empty. The restroom was located outside the restaurant around the corner and down an outside hallway. Not only was it cold outside, but for the price of our meal, I was not happy about having to trek to the restroom. The restaurant was convenient because we were staying at the resort.

The food and drinks were absolutely phenomenal, and the atmosphere was electric! It was an unforgettable New Year celebration three-course dinner that turned dining into a spectacular experience. Thank you Ember Steak!

First time exceptional experience from entering and upon exiting. Greeters were welcoming and friendly. Waiters professional, attentive and precise on making sure I was comfortable with the suggested table for dinner. Attentitive but not bothersome. Made sure all was well with my order and my comfort level—not to mention, of course, the food, my order was deliciousness at its best. I will return for a repeat. Evening was very enjoyable. Definitely recommend.

A former colleague told us about Ember and how much she enjoyed her experience, so when we had friends visiting from out of town, we made reservations. Everything about our experience was fantastic. Everyone on the staff was professional, yet very warm, and knowledgeable about the food and beverage and suggestions. Ambiance was lovely. The cuisine and beverages were delicious - truly. And I will not hesitate to return and to recommend Ember to our family and friends!

Excellent experience overall - the service and food were excellent- their team really knows the products that they provide and deliver them very well. I have eaten in a good variety of steak houses and this was the first time I was offered a choice of three types of steak knives for my steak - presented in a very nice wooden box.

The ambiance was loud & energetic due to a work xmas party going on near the patio. The music was fun. Food is extremely overpriced for what you get. Salmon was just ok...nothing special. Service was friendly but not as attentive as I'm accustomed. Dessert options were lack luster. I definitely would not recommend.
