                                                    The ambience was calming. Our oval table for a group of 7 was ideal . The food was delicious. Our server, Josh, was outstanding. Very attentive and explained the menu and made wonderful recommendations! A great experience !

                                                    Had a fantastic evening here. The food was absolutely wonderful. I would recommend the cucumber dip as a start and then either the chicken or rigatoni. Our waitress Anna was absolutely wonderful. She was very attentive, quick to service, and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone in the area. Food was high quality, made in house, and worth the prices.

                                                    Family was in town so we came here with a large group and we were treated like VIP’s. The first thing that comes to mind is the food. I usually don’t write these reviews but the family ended up going to another spot the next night in the market that’s considered a top restaurant and their review of the other spot was “I wish we went back to Ember.” Food was amazing, drinks and staff were 10/10 and that tiramisu puff dessert put it over the top. We’ll be back 100%

                                                    Absolutely delicious! We were blown away by the amazing flavours of each dish and almost too beautiful to eat! Josh our host was so friendly and passionate about each dish that we wanted to try it all. This place is a must try for all foodies, you won’t be disappointed!

                                                    Excellent service, especially from the bartender, as we were seated at the bar. Food was fantastic, cocktails and wine, too.

                                                    Ember, the newest gem in Ottawa's Byward Market, offers a dining experience that's simply unparalleled. From the moment we arrived, the people-watching was fantastic, adding a vibrant backdrop to our evening. The service, led by our incredible server Joshua, was impeccable, ensuring every detail was perfect. The culinary delights from the kitchen, under the masterful guidance of Ottawa legend Marc Plamondon, were nothing short of spectacular. We savored the baba ghanoush, a bone marrow and steak tartare combo that brilliantly reinvented these classics, delectable East Coast oysters, and an unforgettable beef cheek pizza. Each dish was a testament to the chef's creativity and expertise. To top it off, the cocktails were mind-blowingly good, each one more innovative and delicious than the last. Ember is a must-visit for anyone seeking extraordinary food, top-notch service, and an all-around incredible dining experience.

                                                    This was our third time going, and as always, we had an amazing time! Amazing attentive service, creative cocktails, and delicious food. The menu is so thought out and everything on the plate works so well together. Visually and taste wise! Can't recommend it enough.
