Ember Kitchen’s Josper oven will be firing up a little earlier on the weekends. The historic power plant turned latin-inspired restaurant will open its doors from 10:30 AM to 2:00 PM on Saturday and Sunday. The Ember Brunch brings a whole new food and beverage experience to our guests. Utilizing our signature method of incorporating a Josper component into every dish and elevating homestyle foods from various cultures, we have created a menu that showcases nostalgic names and bold latin flavors. This new service will feature tableside coffee and tea service, as well as a cocktail program that plays on morning classics such as bloody maria's, micheladas, and carajillos—perfect for Sunday brunch.

Great ambiance and service as well as drinks. Had dinner here before which was amazing. The food was solid for brunch but not nearly as good as dinner, especially at the high price point.

Ember Kitchen truly blew us away! The food was absolutely AMAZING—every bite was packed with flavor and cooked to perfection. But what really made our experience unforgettable was the incredible staff. We came to celebrate my boyfriend’s birthday, and not only were they warm and attentive throughout the night, but they also went the extra mile by surprising him with a handwritten birthday card signed by the team! It’s rare to find that level of thoughtfulness in a restaurant, and it made the night so special. Thank you, Ember Kitchen, for an experience we’ll never forget. We can’t wait to come back! Our server Damon was THE BEST!

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our experience at Ember! The restaurant is beautiful, the service was wonderful, and the food was delicious. We will definitely be back!

I fell in love with ember a couple of years ago, however, every time I come now the service is very slow and / or I have to send my steak back because it is overcooked

My partner and I sat at the chef's table and couldn't have been happier with that choice. Seeing the magic unfold from crafting the food to communication between chef and staff was worth every penny. The food was delicious from first bite of the skewers to the last bite of dessert. The cocktails were also tasty, especially the surprise 'welcome shot.' The whole experience made for a fun and delightful night out for dinner. Can't recommend this place enough!!

I’ve been to Ember before, and came this time with a friend visiting town. The food was consistent, and I forgot how much I enjoy the opening drink they give you. We’d ordered the crudo and sweet potato to start. Both were lovely, and it felt balanced to have sweet and savory snacks. The filet and the lobster special came next, both lovely entrees, although I don’t personally love lobster so I’d choose the filet again. Service was okay, we’d waited around a bit to order so dinner took awhile to complete. Towards the end we had two different servers coming to clear our table, then were asked about dessert twice, and given duplicate checks. Cleary there was some miscommunication but it didn’t hinder the entire experience.
