Ember Kitchen’s Josper oven will be firing up a little earlier on the weekends. The historic power plant turned latin-inspired restaurant will open its doors from 10:30 AM to 2:00 PM on Saturday and Sunday. The Ember Brunch brings a whole new food and beverage experience to our guests. Utilizing our signature method of incorporating a Josper component into every dish and elevating homestyle foods from various cultures, we have created a menu that showcases nostalgic names and bold latin flavors. This new service will feature tableside coffee and tea service, as well as a cocktail program that plays on morning classics such as bloody maria's, micheladas, and carajillos—perfect for Sunday brunch.

The service and atmosphere are excellent, creating a welcoming experience. While the food is delicious, it lacks a memorable impact and doesn’t leave a lasting impression. The pricing feels slightly on the higher side.

Poor seating in the basement. Corn dish from tasting menu should be permanently served. Scallops dish must be ordered.

The food was excellent! Especially the halibut, chard, broccolini and carrots. Service was also wonderful. I would definitely go back again.

Food was outstanding! Server, Claire, was amazing! Music was a tiny bit too loud for conversation, but contributed to the upbeat vibe. Loved that they started us off with a welcome shot, with a non alcoholic option for the non drinker in our group. Will come here again and again!!

The food is always amazing. I recommend the morita shrimp and the wagyu steak. The service is always great. Shout out to Brian who is always kind and knowledgeable.

Everything we ordered was delicious and beautifully plated. Our server was very knowledgeable and did an excellent job explaining each dish and making sure that all of our meal was gluten free.
