    Ember Kitchen’s Josper oven will be firing up a little earlier on the weekends. The historic power plant turned latin-inspired restaurant will open its doors from 10:30 AM to 2:00 PM on Saturday and Sunday. The Ember Brunch brings a whole new food and beverage experience to our guests. Utilizing our signature method of incorporating a Josper component into every dish and elevating homestyle foods from various cultures, we have created a menu that showcases nostalgic names and bold latin flavors. This new service will feature tableside coffee and tea service, as well as a cocktail program that plays on morning classics such as bloody maria's, micheladas, and carajillos—perfect for Sunday brunch.

                                                        I absolutely loved it. The salmon belly crudo appetizer was delicious and we shared the wagyu (sort of a fajita) dish and the roasted chicken. It was full of flavor and our server was incredible. There was so much on the menu I wanted to try. I for sure need to go back!

                                                        Excellent meal and meat cooked with Jasper oven was sublime and attentive and well informed service. Parking in garage was convenient. The decor was hip and cool.

                                                        Enjoyed our diner at Ember Kitchen, starting with the crudo salmon which was quite small but delicious. My wife had the market fish Halibut which she really liked and I the pork chop which was pretty good. The side of broccoli fell short and would not reorder. Service by Elina was tremendous, friendly and attentive.

                                                        I made a reservation for my wife's 50th birthday dinner, and noted the special occasion along with a request for a special table. We were placed at one of the worst tables in the restaurant, against a pole and with a bright light hanging low over our heads. It felt like being under a spotlight and had no view of anything. There were four other tables around us that were available; each would have had much better views and better lighting. There was also another table available downstairs that would have been much better. I inquired about each and the hostess wouldn't allow us to move to one of those. She told us the table downstairs was going to be added to a party of 8 that also had a reservation. That turned out to be false, so 10 minutes after we were sat, our preferred table was occupied by a different party of two.....not 8. Ultimately, the hostess put us at a table that was situated between the kitchen and a door that opened to the porch. I sat with my back to the restaurant, staring into the kitchen, while the door opened constantly with wind blowing my wife's hair into her face and blowing out our candle throughout our meal. No special attention or acknowledgement of my wife's special occasion was ever offered. Our table sucked. The hostess sucked. And we went 10+ minutes after being sat before a server visited our table; 5 minutes later a different server came to our table and began the entire process over. We never raised a fuss, and we were courteous at all times. The food was delicious, but this was the worst dining experience I've ever had, and it ruined a special occasion.

                                                        Always blown away by how flavorful and delicious the food is here! The service, attention to detail, and the atmosphere are all top notch as well. This is quickly becoming a top 5 restaurant in our dinner rotation.

                                                        The food here was amazing. Everything was cooked perfectly and the flavors were next level. We had scallops, mussels, shrimp and beef skewers. Everything was fabulous!

                                                        Ember Kitchen was amazing! My wife and I really enjoyed it the food was incredible, ambiance of the restaurant and the service was great. I want to thank Sage our waitress she was wonderful and so attentive to our table. Looking forward to going back soon!
