Ember Kitchen’s Josper oven will be firing up a little earlier on the weekends. The historic power plant turned latin-inspired restaurant will open its doors from 10:30 AM to 2:00 PM on Saturday and Sunday. The Ember Brunch brings a whole new food and beverage experience to our guests. Utilizing our signature method of incorporating a Josper component into every dish and elevating homestyle foods from various cultures, we have created a menu that showcases nostalgic names and bold latin flavors. This new service will feature tableside coffee and tea service, as well as a cocktail program that plays on morning classics such as bloody maria's, micheladas, and carajillos—perfect for Sunday brunch.

The food was incredible and the staff was amazing. They gave great recommendations on what to order and everything came out perfect!

Fantastic dining experience all around. Our server Sage was great and guided us well on our choices. The amuse starter from the kitchen was terrific and everything we ate was delicious. Will definitely come back as well as recommend Ember kitchen.

We celebrated our 25th anniversary night there. We were super happy with the quality of the food however very disappointed it took 2 1/2 hours to enjoy a few dishes. There was roughly a 50 minute gap between appetizers and entrées.

Waitress was great, food was good even though I received the wrong order. Front desk was rude. I confirmed my reservation for our anniversary dinner TWICE and then had to wait 30 minutes for our table and the hostess had zero empathy or understanding. We also were also there for nearly 2.5 hours and waited over an hour for our food, which ended up being wrong. I know restaurants can have off-days, everyone does, but this one was abnormally bad. They take inKind though which is great.

We had a great birthday meal with friends, starting out with bar snacks and ending with a fabulous dessert. The attention to detail was evident in the amazing dishes and the service by the wait staff.
